Directions:

  1. Place your eggs in a bowl and beat until fully combined, using a spoon or a single chopstick and being sure not to aerate them.
  2. Thinly slice the leek. Tear the springs of dill apart.
  3. Add the leek, dill, and tomato to your eggs, and crumble feta into the mixture.
  4. Add Salt and Pepper, and stir to combine.
  5. Pour into silicone cupcake liners or foil bowls, place in the Bella Air Fryer and fry for 7 minutes.
  6. Top with extra feta and dill, and enjoy!
