Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. 
  2. Add graham crackers to the So Yummy Bella Portable Blender. Activate the pulse mode by holding the power button for two seconds. Blend until you have fine graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Open the blender’s spout and pour in the melted butter. Shake for about five seconds to create a graham cracker crust.
  4. Pour the crust into a 6 inch tart pan, and press it down to form the base. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. 
  5. Clean the Bella Portable Blender, then add the lemon juice, eggs, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture over the cooled graham cracker crust. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool slightly, then refrigerate the tart for about 2 hours, until set.
  7. Once set, add whipped cream and decorate with fresh lemon slices. Your delicious blender lemon tart is ready to be enjoyed!
