Triple Chocolate Mousse

  1. Heat 1/4 cup of heavy cream and pour it into a bowl with the dark chocolate, stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.
  2. Add 2/3 cup of cold whipping cream and a tablespoon of hydrated gelatin. Pour into a pastry bag.
  3. Wrap the chocolate sponge cake with acetate to form a cylinder and pour the mixture on top. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Repeat this process with the milk chocolate and white chocolate.
  5. Remove the acetate and cover the surface with melted chocolate. Decorate with grated chocolate, then serve and enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 300ºF. Melt all except two Lindt chocolates in a double boiler.
  2. Add the flour, 2 egg yolks, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the mixture.
  4. Fill a ramekin halfway with the mixture. Place a chocolate ball in the center of the mold and cover with more mixture. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. 
  6. Invert onto a plate, dust with powdered sugar, and enjoy!

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  2. Add the cocoa powder and chocolate chips.

  1. Preheat oven to 300ºF. 
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place the chocolate bar in the center.
  3. Make diagonal cuts in the pastry around the chocolate bar, then fold each strip of dough towards the center, creating a braid shape.
  4. Bake for 7 minutes. Top with crushed pistachios and a dusting of powdered sugar, then serve and enjoy!
