Pasta is one of the easiest, quickest, and best-tasting meals, but it’s the only thing I genuinely dislike making. If I ever have to bring out a big pot of water for cooking, I just won’t. I get impatient waiting for the water to boil, it overflows too easily, and long noodles break unevenly if they don’t fit in the pot. Takeout for dinner, anyone?
When I come home after a long day, I want to make something quick that’ll fill me up, and pasta is the perfect choice. I mostly complain about the cooking, but the draining is actually the worst. I don’t want boiling water spilled all over me and I don’t want to lose half of my meal in the sink. Don’t even get me started on cleaning all of the dishes. Fortunately, his pasta cooker is dishwasher-safe, making me even more into it. Imagine washing two small dishes for an entire pasta meal! It’s amazing.
With just a microwave pasta cooker, it’s like everything I have a problem with disappears — who would’ve thought? And I bet you can guess what I’m going to cook when I get home today!
