Goldfish® Cheesy Burger Bites

So Yummy

Yield: 15 pieces
Serving Size: 2 pieces

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 oz. cheddar cheese cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce, cut and folded into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 15 pieces Goldfish® Cheddar
  • 1 pack toothpicks

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Once fully combined, form a small ball of ground beef in your palm, then flatten. Place a piece of your cheddar cheese slice in the center of the ground beef round, then roll into a ball until the cheese is hidden in the middle. Repeat with the remaining ground beef mixture and cheese.
  4. Bake for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Prepare bacon according to package instructions.
  6. To create the mini skewers, thread half a cherry tomato, 1-inch piece of romaine, and 1-inch piece of cooked bacon onto a toothpick.
  7. Repeat until there are enough mini skewers for each meat ball. Be sure to leave room at both ends of the skewer so there’s space to insert the skewer into the meat ball, as well as pick up your burger bite from the toothpick handle.
  8. Once the meatballs are done baking, top each with a mini skewer, and add a Goldfish® Cheddar on top of it all to finish it off!

Goldfish® Deviled Eggs

So Yummy

Yield: 12 deviled egg halves
Serving Size: 2 halves

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp. mayo
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 cup Goldfish® Cheddar
  • 1 bunch radish
  • 4 pieces bacon
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chives
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup goat cheese
  • ¼ cup olives

Directions:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil, reduce the heat and add eggs. Bump up the heat again, and allow eggs to boil for 13 minutes. Remove and immediately transfer eggs to a bowl of cold water.
  2. Crack and peel each egg carefully. Cut in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  3. In a quart sized plastic resealable bag, combine egg yolks, mayo, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Seal the bag and mash contents together until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Snip off a small tip of the corner of the bag, creating a make-shift piping bag. Be sure not to cut too big a hole, as it will be difficult to manage the egg mixture.
  5. In a small bowl, combine paprika and Goldfish® Cheddar, until all crackers are fully coated.
  6. Pipe the egg mixture into the hollow egg whites in a small and uniform swirling design. Top each with a paprika coated Goldfish®, and a combination of varying toppings. Examples include, radish and chive, bacon, cheese, and chive, and sun dried tomatoes with olives and goat cheese. Test these out or invent your own flavorful combinations!
