Fish and Ships
Difficulty: Easy • 2 Servings • Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 Bowl & Basket Boneless and Skinless Whole Breaded Flounder Fillets
- 2 cup Bowl & Basket Steam in Bag Carrots, Corn, Green Beans & Peas Mixed Vegetables
- 2 Slices Bowl & Basket Sliced Part-Skim Mozzarella Natural Cheese
- 4 Tbsp Bowl & Basket Tomato Ketchup
Directions:
- Set your oven to 400°F.
- Arrange 4 Bowl & Basket Boneless and Skinless Whole Breaded Flounder Fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
- While the flounder is baking, steam the Bowl & Basket Steam in Bag Carrots, Corn, Green Beans, and Peas Mixed Vegetables according to the package instructions.
- After baking, let the flounder filets cool slightly. Cut a slice of mozzarella cheese diagonally to create two triangles. Use a toothpick to attach a cheese triangle to the top of each breaded flounder to create a boat sail. Repeat for all fillets.
- On a plate, place the steamed vegetables at the bottom.
- Drizzle Bowl & Basket Tomato Ketchup over the empty top part of the plate to create wave patterns.
- Position the flounder fillets with cheese sails on top of the ketchup waves. Enjoy!
Octopus Pizza!
Difficulty: Easy • 6 Servings • Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup Bowl & Basket Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup Bowl & Basket Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- ¼ cup Bowl & Basket Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Bowl & Basket Sliced Ripe Olives
- 2 Pepperonis
- 14 Oz Premade pizza dough
Directions:
- Set your oven to 425°F.
- Place your rolled-out premade pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place a bowl face down on the dough to mark the octopus’s head. Use a pizza cutter to cut around the bowl, creating a circular shape for the head. Remove the excess dough around the head. Cut 7-8 strips from the bottom of the dough to form the tentacles of the octopus.
- Spoon 1 cup of Bowl & Basket Traditional Pasta Sauce onto the center of the octopus head. Spread it evenly to the edges. Drizzle the remaining pasta sauce evenly over each tentacle.
- Sprinkle Bowl & Basket Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese over the entire pizza over the sauce.
- Place Bowl & Basket Sliced Ripe Olives evenly on the tentacles. For the octopus’s eyes, place 2 pepperonis on the head, then top each with an olive.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Bowl & Basket Grated Parmesan Cheese. Enjoy your fun octopus pizza!
Omelet Art!
Difficulty: Easy • 1 Serving • Total Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Just Crack an Egg All American Scramble Kit
- 3 Slices Oscar Mayer Original Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon
- 1 Wholesome Pantry Carrot
- 1 egg
- 1 olive, sliced
- 2 Sprigs Dill
Directions:
- Set your oven to 400°F.
- Pierce a slice of Oscar Mayer Original Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon with a skewer. Wrap the bacon around the skewer to form a rose shape. Repeat with additional slices of bacon.
- Place the bacon roses on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-23 minutes, or until crispy.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Combine the contents of the Just Crack an Egg All American Scramble Kit with one egg, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and once cooked, fold the omelet in half to create a half-circle shape. Set aside.
- Cut Wholesome Pantry Carrots into 3 half-circle slices, 5 mini triangles, and 2 long, skinny strips.
- Place the folded omelet in the center of a plate with the folded side facing down.
- Arrange the carrot half-circles on top of the omelet to represent wings. Position the small carrot triangles on top of the omelet to create the beak and comb. Place the carrot strips at the bottom of the omelet to form legs. Add a sliced olive to resemble the rooster’s eye.
- Add the cooked bacon roses around the bottom of the omelet, beneath the legs.
- Garnish with fresh dill around the bacon roses. Enjoy!
Noodle Art!
Difficulty: Easy • 1-2 Servings • Total Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bowl & Basket Spaghetti Pasta, cooked and drained
- 4 slices Bowl & Basket Hickory Smoked Mild Pork Roll
- ¾ cup Bowl & Basket Steam in Bag Carrots, Corn, Green Beans & Peas Mixed Vegetables
- ½ cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup White rice, cooked
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 Black Olive, sliced
- 1 Egg roll, cut in half
- 6 Leaves Butter lettuce
- 1 Slice Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooked white rice and frozen Bowl & Basket Steam in Bag Carrots, Corn, Green Beans, and Peas Mixed Vegetables. Cook for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Slice Bowl & Basket Hickory Smoked Mild Pork Roll into ¼-inch thick slices. Use a flower-shaped cookie cutter to stamp out flower shapes from each slice. Add the pork flower slices to the hot pan and cook for about 30 seconds on each side.
- In a medium-sized bowl, place a bed of the rice and vegetable mixture. Place a slice of Mozzarella cheese on top to form the head of the girl.
- Use sliced olives to create the eyes and mouth on the cheese slice. Dot two small amounts of sriracha on the cheese slice to represent blush on her cheeks.
- Arrange cooked Bowl & Basket Spaghetti Pasta over the top of the rice and vegetable mixture to represent long hair. Place the pork roll flowers on and around the hair. Garnish with butter lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cooked egg rolls around the bowl. Enjoy!
Pancake Pals
Difficulty: Easy • 5 Servings • Total Time: 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Bowl & Basket Complete Original Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 Bowl & Basket White Egg
- 1 ½ cup Bowl & Basket Whole Milk
- 2 Tbsp Bowl & Basket Hazelnut Spread
- ¼ cup Wholesome Pantry Organic Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 1 blueberry
- 2 slices banana
Directions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine Bowl & Basket Complete Original Pancake & Waffle Mix, 1 Bowl & Basket Egg, and Bowl & Basket Whole Milk. Mix until combined.
- On a pan at medium heat, pour the batter to make 6 small pancakes, 2 medium pancakes, 1 large pancake, and 1 oval-shaped pancake. Cook each pancake until golden.
- Place 2 small pancakes at the top of a plate as the beaver’s ears. Add a medium-sized pancake as the head. Position 2 small pancakes on either side of the medium pancake for the beaver’s cheeks. Lay the large pancake beneath the cheeks as the body. Place the remaining medium pancake over the large pancake to form the belly. Add the oval pancake as the tail. Position the last 2 small pancakes at the bottom of the large pancake as the feet.
- Fill a piping bag with Bowl & Basket Hazelnut Spread and create a checker design on the tail. Cut a slab of butter in half to make two buck teeth and place them on the head. Slice a banana and add a dot of hazelnut spread to each slice to use as the beaver’s eyes, placing them on the head.
- Drizzle Wholesome Pantry Organic Maple Syrup over the belly. Enjoy!
