Believe it or not, but your nails say a lot about you. Nobody enjoys shaking hands with broken brittle nails. You should be a little embarrassed to extend that hand. Not only because your nails look like you scratch chalkboards in your spare time. But, because your nails are bones and say a lot about your health. Here are foods you can eat to prevent nail chipping and keep your bones and nail health robust.

Eat Salmon

The B12 in salmon will keep your nails bright and strong. There’s also vitamin D in Salmon which serves as a great foundation for healthy bones.

Bring on the biotin! Biotin is remarkable when it comes to nail, hair, and skin nutrients. Eggs also contain sulfur, B12, Vitamins A and E, and iron as well. These will all do a great job in securing your nail strength.
