Jump Into Summer with These 4 Fun Frozen Treats

Blueberry Mojito Otter Pops

Prep time: 5 mins

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 3 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ fresh lime juice
  • 3 tbsp agave nectar
  • Zest from 1 lime
  • 1 ½ cups sparkling water
  • 3 tbsp white rum

Instructions:

  1. Run a lighter over your butter knife.
  2. While the knife is still hot, cut the freezer bag into even strips. The heat seals the bag shut on each end.
  3. In a blender, add blueberries, mint leaves, lime juice, agave, lime zest, sparkling water, and white rum.
  4. Blend until everything is thoroughly mixed.
  5. Pour into a large measuring cup for easy pouring.
  6. From the measuring cup, pour into each individual bag you cut with the knife.
  7. Freeze until set.
  8. Snip the top off with scissors when ready to serve.

Coconut Milk Soft Serve

Prep time: 10 mins

Servings: 2

Materials:

  • ½ cup canned coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ⅔ ice
  • ⅓ cup rock salt

Tools:

Instructions:

  1. To a large bowl pour in your coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Lightly whisk to ensure everything is mixed well.
  3. Pour the mixture in a quart-sized freezer bag.
  4. Add that bag to a gallon-sized freezer bag with ice and rock salt.
  5. Shake the bags for at least 5 minutes or until your soft serve forms.

Coconut Creamsicle

Prep time: 5 mins

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of orange concentrate
  • 2 cans of coconut cream

Tools:

Instructions:

  1. Pour the orange concentrate into the 9oz cups. Don’t fill them all the way.
  2. Press 1oz cups into the orange concentrate.
  3. Pour water into the smaller cups so they stay in the orange concentrate.
  4. Freeze until set.
  5. Remove the small cups from the orange popsicles.
  6. Pour in the coconut cream until it fills the rest of the 9oz cup. The ratio of orange concentrate to coconut cream is up to you!
  7. Add popsicle sticks to each creamsicle.
  8. Put them back in the freezer until the coconut cream sets.

Tie-Dye Yogurt Pop

Prep time: 15 mins

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 6pk of plain yogurt
  • acai juice
  • orange juice
  • pineapple juice

Tools:

  • 3 separate bowls
  • the yogurt pack containers

Instructions:

  1. Scoop the plain yogurt into each juice bowl.
  2. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Clean out the rest of the yogurt from their containers.
  4. Refill the yogurt containers with the now flavored yogurt. Alternate the flavors. Repeat as necessary.
  5. Add popsicle sticks.
  6. Freeze until set.
