If you’re in a pinch and have a party to host, all you really need is a few ideas for some bite-size treats that can easily be passed around. And the best part is that they are super easy to make. We’re talking grilled cheese shooters, mini caprese sticks, mini bread bowls, mini chicken and waffles, and so much more. They’re almost too cute to eat… almost.

Grilled Cheese Shooters

Total: 30 minutes

Servings: 8

Ingredients:

  • 2 Grilled Cheeses
  • 1 Can Tomato Soup

Preparation:

  1. Make your grilled cheese following any recipe. Meanwhile heat up your soup.
  2. Cut the crusts off your grilled cheese. Then cut vertically into 4 pieces. Repeat for next sandwich.
  3. Lay the sliced sandwiches on the side of a shot glass.
  4. Fill shot glass with tomato soup, serve and enjoy!

Mini Caprese

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Pack of Mini Mozzarella Balls
  • Basil Leaves

Preparation:

  1. Slice cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Squeeze each half until all the seeds come out.
  3. Place a basil leaf inside the empty tomato shell.
  4. Place a mozzarella ball inside the shell.
  5. Serve with balsamic and enjoy!

Tuxedo Basil Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • Cooked Meatballs
  • Cooked Bow Tie Pasta
  • Basil

Preparation:

  1. Take a toothpick and skewer a cooked bow tie pasta.
  2. Next, skewer a basil leaf.
  3. Finally, skewer a meatball.
  4. Serve with sauce of your choice!

 

Mini Bread Bowls

Ingredients:

  • 8 Dinner Rolls
  • Prepared soup of your choice
  • Shredded cheese
  • Parsley
  • Chopped Bacon

Preparation:

  1. Cut a hole into your dinner roll and hollow it out.
  2. Ladle in about ½ c of soup.
  3. Top with cheese, parsley, and chopped bacon.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

 

Mini Chicken and Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 Fully Cooked Waffles
  • 16 Mini Chicken Nuggets
  • 16 Pipets
  • Maple Syrup

Preparation:

  1. Cut waffle into squares. There should be 16 perfect squares.
  2. Place a piece of cooked chicken nuggets on top of the waffle.
  3. Fill a mini pipet with maple syrup, and press into the chicken and waffle.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

 

Mini BLT

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette
  • Mayo
  • Cooked Bacon
  • Lettuce
  • Cherry Tomatoes sliced in half

  1. Slice your baguette into thin slices
  2. Spread a thin layer of mayo onto the slices of bread.
  3. Lay down some lettuce, bacon, and a tomato
  4. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 Pack of chips
  • Melon Baller

Preparation:

  1. Take a melon baller and scoop out a ball of cheese.
  2. Place cheese on a serving tray.
  3. Place a chip point side down onto the ball of cheese
  4. Serve and enjoy!

 

Tortellini

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bowl cooked Tortellini
  • 1 Bag Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1 Jar Marinara Sauce
  • 1 Jar Pesto
  • 1 Jar Alfredo Sauce

Preparation:

  1. Take your tortellini and skewer one onto a stick
  2. Then take a sun dried tomatoes and skewer that. Follow that with a tortellini, tomato, and another tortellini.
  3. Serve with a sauce of your choice and enjoy!

Mini Cheesecakes

Difficulty: Easy

Prep Time: 10

Total Time: 15 Minutes

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cheesecake
  • 1 Pack of strawberries
  • 8 Oz Chocolate (melted)

Tools:

  • Biscuit Cutter

Preparation:

  1. Using a biscuit cutter, punch out 12 mini cheesecakes out of the larger cheesecake and transfer onto a baking sheet.
  2. Dip a strawberry into chocolate and place on top of the cheesecake.
  3. Repeat for the remaining cheesecake pieces.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
