The holidays are a time for warmth, for sparkle, and family traditions. And what better way to honor these traditions than by elevating them with a little splash of something special? Enter the vibrant, versatile cranberry—ready to bring its unique blend of tartness and sweetness to your holiday table.

Ocean Spray® Cranberry Glazed Roasted Veggie Galette​​

Difficulty: Easy • 2-4 Servings • Total Time: 35 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 golden beet, cleaned
  • 1 sweet potato, cleaned and peeled
  • 1 purple sweet potato, cleaned and peeled
  • 1 parsnip, cleaned and peeled
  • 2-3 rainbow carrots, cleaned and peeled
  • 1 premade Pie Dough
  • ¼ c herbed cheese spread, softened
  • thyme, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. 
  2. Using a mandoline, carefully slice the beet, sweet potatoes, parsnip, and carrots into thin rounds as close in size as possible.
  3. Roll out the pie dough on a lightly floured surface and shape into a large round. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. 
  4. Spread the herbed cheese on the dough, leaving about a 2” border around the edge. 
  5. Cut about 7 slices of the Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce, each about ½” thick, and place on top. Gently spread to create an even layer.
  6. Top with the sliced veggies in an alternating design. 
  7. Mix a small amount of water with ½ tbsp Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce, and gently brush on top to glaze the filling.
  8. Fold the edges of the dough up, slightly covering the filling in the middle.
  9. Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. Garnish with some thyme leaves, and enjoy!

Ocean Spray® Snow Globe Cranberry Cocktail

Difficulty: Easy • 1 Serving • Total Time: 4-8 Hours

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ C Ocean Spray® Fresh Cranberries
  • ¼ C Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Sparkling Water, to serve

Directions:

  1. In a short, wide stemless wine glass, add the Ocean Spray® Fresh Cranberries, and top with Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail to just cover the berries.
  2. Place the sprig of rosemary upright in the center of the glass, and use kitchen twine or tape to help keep the rosemary secure.
  3. Place in the freezer at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, remove the supports on the rosemary, and top with sparkling water. Cheers!

Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries Pecan Cheese Truffles

Difficulty: Easy • 2-6 Servings • Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • ⅔ C + ½ C Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries, divided
  • ½ c chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix both cheeses and ⅔ c Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries.
  2. Scoop out small balls from the mixture, and roll in your hands to shape.
  3. Combine the chopped pecans and remaining Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries, then spread out on a small plate.
  4. Roll each ball to coat in the pecans and Craisins® Dried Cranberries. Serve with your favorite crackers, and enjoy!

Ocean Spray® Fresh Cranberry Ice Ring with Cranberry Sangria Punch

Difficulty: Easy • 1 Serving • Total Time: 4-6 Hours

Ingredients: 

  • 1 bag Ocean Spray® Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 bunch Rosemary
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • for the cranberry sangria punch:
  • 3 L Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail
  • 4 C sparkling water

Directions:

  1. Add the Ocean Spray® Fresh Cranberries to the bottom of a large bundt pan.
  2. Arrange the rosemary and orange slices on top of the cranberries, then slowly pour the water in, just enough to cover.
  3. Place the bundt pan in the freezer to set, at least four hours, or overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, combine the Sangria Punch ingredients in a large punch bowl.
  5. Add the fresh cranberry ice ring, and serve.

Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries & Wild Rice Stuffed Pumpkins

Difficulty: Easy • 2-3 Servings • Total Time: 40 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 small pumpkins, hollowed out with seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp + 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 c ground sausage
  • 1 c wild rice, cooked
  • ⅔ C Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
  • thyme, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat. Add in the minced shallot, and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook the ground sausage with the shallot until browned, then combine with the wild rice and Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries. Stir, and remove from the heat.
  4. Coat the outside, inside, and tops of each pumpkin with remaining olive oil. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Divide the filling between the prepared pumpkins, replace the tops on each, and bake about 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly before garnishing with sprigs of thyme.

Ocean Spray® Swirled Cranberry Sauce Cornbread Muffins

Difficulty: Easy • 6 Servings • Total Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 box cornbread muffin mix
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF and prepare cornbread mix with milk and egg according to instructions on the package.
  2. Scoop the batter into a lined muffin tin until liners are 2/3 full.
  3. Swirl a spoonful of Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce into each muffin using a toothpick.
  4. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 15 minutes. Try them with butter and extra cranberry sauce on top!
