Ingredients

  • Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 brioche bun
  • 1 all beef patty, cooked
  • 1 slice white American cheese
  • 5-6 fried pickle slices
  • 4 Tbsp pickle mayo, divided

Instructions

  1. To make the pickle mayo: carefully grate the pickle and add to a small bowl. Combine with the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and dill, mixing well to fully incorporate.
  2. Add 1 Tbsp of the pickle mayo to the bottom half of a brioche bun.
  3. Top with the burger patty and cheese.
  4. Spread 2 Tbsp of pickle mayo on top, then arrange the fried pickles to cover evenly.
  5. Add the remaining pickle mayo to the top bun, then sandwich closed, and enjoy.
