Our new recipes take the traditional Goldfish® Crackers you know and love to a whole new level. The Goldfish® Chicken Parm Sliders are a fun finger food, that is also hearty and filling. We guarantee the whole batch will be gone before half time. If you need to sneak in a few extra veggies, try whipping up a batch of the Goldfish® Broccoli Cheese Bites. It’s the perfect snack to disguise an extra serving of broccoli into a day spent indulging in delicious foods from the comfort of your couch.

No Bake Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Goldfish® Bars

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Pretzel Goldfish® Crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt

 

Directions: 

  1. PB BASE – 5 min
    Line a square baking pan with parchment paper. Combine the softened butter, melted peanut butter, and powdered sugar to create a dough. Press evenly into the lined pan.
  2. PRETZEL LAYER – 1 min
    Add a layer of Pretzel Goldfish® Crackers on top of the peanut butter mixture.
  3. CHOCOLATE TOPPING – 2 min
    Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 10 second intervals until smooth. Pour evenly over the Goldfish®.
  4. CHILL + SERVE – 130 min
    Chill in the refrigerator until completely firm, at least 2 hours. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cutting.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 cups Cheddar Goldfish® Crackers, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm® Slider Buns
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon garlic butter

 

Directions:

  1. PREP – 10 min
    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and a metal rack.
  2. COMBINE – 3 min
    In a small bowl, combine egg and water to form an egg wash. Separately, combine Goldfish crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. CUT + COAT – 5 min
    Cut chicken into pieces that fit the Slider Buns, around 2”x3”. One at a time, dunk each piece in the egg wash, roll to coat in the crumb mixture, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. BAKE + BUILD – 25 min
    Bake chicken for 15 min or until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached. While chicken is baking, arrange the bottom slider buns on a lined baking sheet. Spoon marinara sauce on to each, then add mozzarella cheese. Add the warm chicken tenders, and another layer of sauce and cheese. Replace the top buns, and brush garlic butter on each. Place the sandwiches in the oven at 375ºF for 5 min or until cheese is melted.

 

Goldfish® Grilled Cheese Dippers with Tomato Soup

Ingredients: 

  • 10 slices Pepperidge Farm® Farmhouse Hearty White Bread
  • 20 cheddar cheese slices
  • 10 toothpicks
  • 2 ounces butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar Goldfish® Crackers, crushed
  • 1 can Campbell’s Classic Tomato Soup, for serving

 

Directions: 

  1. ROLL – 10 min
    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Using a rolling pin, flatten a slice of bread. Place two slices of cheese on the bread, and roll tightly. Use a toothpick to secure, and set onto a lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining bread and cheese.
  2. COAT – 5 min
    Brush melted butter onto each dipper, then coat with crushed Goldfish®.
  3. BAKE – 8 min
    Place in the oven for 8 min or until the cheese is totally melted. Serve with warm soup for dipping.

 

 

Goldfish® Corn Dogs

Ingredients:

  • 2 quarts vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Goldfish® Crackers, finely crushed, plus extra
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 skewers or corndog sticks

 

Directions:

  1. PREP – 15 min
    Heat oil in a heavy skillet to 375°F. While oil heats, combine Goldfish®, cornmeal, sugar, salt, pepper and baking powder in a large bowl. Whisk in the milk and both eggs, then transfer batter to a tall glass. Pierce each hot dog with a skewer, leaving enough room for a handle.
  2. COAT + COOK – 15 min
    Dip each hot dog into the batter, then place in the oil and fry until golden brown. Work in batches to avoid letting the oil cool. Transfer finished corndogs to a wire rack and dust with finely crushed Goldfish® Crackers.

 

 

Goldfish® Cracker Broccoli Cheese Bites

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup broccoli, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Goldfish® Crackers, crushed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

 

Directions:

  1. PREPARE – 10 min
    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Coat a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. COMBINE – 3 min
    Crack an egg into each section of the muffin tin. Evenly divide the broccoli and Goldfish® Crackers into each cup, then whisk together.
  3. BAKE – 20 min
    Top with cheddar cheese, a whole Goldfish®, and bake for 20 min. Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked al dente
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 2 cups Cheddar Goldfish® Crackers, crushed, plus extra for topping

 

Directions: 

  1. MELT – 5 min
    Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a medium pot over medium heat, combine cooked macaroni, evaporated milk, and cheddar cheese until totally melted.
  2. DIVIDE – 5 min
    Spoon the macaroni mixture into two ramekins. Top with cheddar cheese and Goldfish® crumbs.
  3. BAKE – 10 min
    Bake for 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
