Chili Crunch Avocado Toast

Easy • Yields 1 serving • Total Time: 5 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Chili Pepper Crunch Sauce
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 slice wheat bread, type of bread is optional

Directions:

  1. Toast a slice of wheat bread. 
  2. Next, slice half an avocado and arrange it on top of the toasted bread. You can arrange the avocado slices however you like. 
  3. Lastly, drizzle Chili Pepper Crunch Sauce over the top of the sliced avocado and enjoy!

Chili Crunch Peanut Ramen

Easy • Yields 2 servings • Total Time: 17 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Chili Pepper Crunch Sauce
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 ounces dried instant ramen noodles
  • 1 sliced Cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ cup sautéed mushrooms
  • ⅓ cup Sautéed red bell pepper
  • 2 medium boiled egg
  • 2 seaweed chips broken in half, garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, garnish
  • 1 lime sliced in half, optional garnish

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan on medium heat add milk and Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Chili Pepper Crunch Sauce.
  2. Once at a rolling boil add dried ramen noodles to the center of the pan and mix for 5 minutes. The noodles will be cooked and separated.
  3. Next add a slice of cheddar cheese to the center of the pan. Cover the pan for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  4. Lastly, serve your spicy ramen with a medium boiled egg cut in half, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed red bell pepper, a seaweed cut in half and 1 tablespoon green onion as a garnish per bowl. You can also add a squeeze of lime over the top of your ramen!
  5. Enjoy!

Roasted Garlic Crunch Pizza Dough

Easy • Yields 4 servings • Total Time: 30 min 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Roasted Garlic Crunch Sauce
  • 7 ounces pre-made pizza dough
  • ⅓ cup canned artichoke hearts
  • ⅓ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ cup of Mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Next, place your dough over the top of a flipped floured bowl to create an easy pizza circle. Flip the dough over onto an oven safe greased pan or pizza board. After that, roll in the outer edges of the pizza dough to create a crust.
  3. Using a pastry brush, take Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Roasted Garlic Crunch Sauce and spread it over the dough completely.
  4. Add the Alfredo sauce to the center of the pizza dough. You can use the back of a spoon to smooth the sauce evenly.
  5. Spread Mozzarella cheese over the Alfredo and then arrange the tomato, artichokes and mushrooms over the top.
  6. Bake pizza for 15 minutes and let pizza cool for 5 minutes before you enjoy!

Crudité Platter

Easy • Yields 16 servings • Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:  

  • 1 tablespoon Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Chili Pepper Crunch Sauce
  • 4 ounces Feta cheese
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dill, optional garnish on whipped feta 
  • 1 tablespoon Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Mandarin Orange Miso Crunch Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Roasted Garlic Crunch Sauce
  • 1 cup plain hummus

Assortment of  vegetables: 

  • 9 medium-sized rainbow carrots
  • 1 ½ cup purple cauliflower
  • 1 ½ cup yellow cauliflower
  • 1 ½ cup cucumber
  • ½ cup radish
  • 1 medium-sized watermelon radish
  • 6 medium-sized asparagus spears
  • 3 medium-sized celery stalks, cut in half

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add feta cheese, sour cream, honey and Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Chili Pepper Crunch Sauce. Blend until smooth and transfer into a serving bowl.
  2. In a separate serving bowl filled with plain hummus add Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Roasted Garlic Crunch Sauce to the top for an extra kick of flavor.
  3. In your last serving bowl filled with plain Greek yogurt add Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Mandarin Orange Miso Crunch Sauce to the top as a zesty dip.

Roasted Garlic Crunch Chicken Wings

Easy • Yields 3 servings • Total Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Roasted Garlic Crunch Sauce
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons baked powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 celery stalks cut in half, optional garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch, optional dipping sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Using a paper towel dry chicken wings and add to a large bag.
  3. Next add paprika, pepper, baking powder and olive oil to the baggy.
  4. Seal the bag and shake it until seasoning is evenly distributed on each wing.
  5. Using a melt strainer, line up chicken wings along the bottom and sides. (This is a hack that will allow each side of the wing to be cooked evenly without flipping!)
  6. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and set the strainer on top of it and bake in the oven for 35 minutes. (The cookie sheet with pick up the chicken drippings.)
  7. After baking is complete, carefully remove the strainer and dump the wings into a large bowl. Add Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Roasted Garlic Crunch Sauce to the bowl and toss the wings into the sauce.
  8. Lastly, enjoy delicious garlic wings!

Orange Firecracker Salmon Rice Bowl

Medium • Yields 1 serving • Total Time: 20 minutes 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Mandarin Orange Miso Crunch Sauce
  • 1.4 ounce Salmon filet
  •  ½ cup Instant white rice, ½ cup = 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli 
  • 2 tablespoons mango salsa, optional salmon topping 
  • Sliced limes, optional garnish 
  • Cilantro, optional garnish
  • ½ cup hot water, optional salmon skin removal hack

Directions:

  1. To start, if your salmon filet still has the skin on it here is a hack to take it off! Boil hot water and carefully pour it over the skin of the salmon. This will allow you to be able to easily pull off the salmon skin.
  2. Brush salmon with the Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Mandarin Orange Miso Crunch Sauce and add to a pan at medium heat.
  3. Cook salmon for about 5 minutes on each side or until crispy, then serve with white rice and steamed broccoli.
  4. Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Mandarin Orange Miso Crunch Sauce pairs well with a spicy mango salsa and a squeeze of lime!
  5. Enjoy!

Garlic Crunch Parmesan Pasta

Easy • Yields 1 serving • Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Roasted Garlic Crunch Sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth 
  • ¼ cup milk 
  • 2 oz linguine 
  • ½ cup Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes 
  • ½ cup Parmesan Crumbles 
  • Pinch of Parley, Optional Garnish

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan on medium heat add Heinz Roasted Garlic Crunch Sauce, chicken broth and milk. Bring to a boil. 
  2. Next, add linguine to the pan and cook until al dente. This process will take about 10 minutes. 
  3. Add sauteed cherry tomatoes to the pan. Mix the pasta so it is well incorporated and turn off the heat. 
  4. Gradually add grated parmesan cheese while stirring until smooth. Note: If you only have a triangle of parmesan cheese, a mess free hack to make it into crumbles is to throw it into a blender. 
  5. Lastly, sprinkle a pinch of optional parsley and enjoy this restaurant inspired lunch with a garlic crunch!

Crunchy Mandarin Orange Miso Chicken Bites

Medium • Yields 1 serving • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Mandarin Orange Miso Crunch Sauce
  • 3 small chicken breast, 2 ounces each
  • ½ cup instant white rice, ½ cup = 1 cup cooked rice
  • 8 ounces orange soda mixed with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds, optional garnish
  • 1 teaspoon green onion, optional garnish
  • 1 orange sliced, optional garnish

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan on medium heat add Heinz 57 Collection Culinary Crunch Mandarin Orange Miso Crunch Sauce and orange soda mixture.
  2. Next add diced uncooked chicken into the sauce. NOTE: A fun hack to dice chicken is to add the chicken breast to skewers first for easy mess free slicing.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, serve on a bed of white rice garnished with sesame seed and green onion.
  4. This chicken combo is sweet, tangy and delicious! Enjoy!
