Häagen-Dazs Football Pops

Difficulty: Easy • 9 Servings • Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 9 Häagen-Dazs® Vanilla Milk Chocolate Almond Ice Cream Bars
  • 1 bag Bowl & Basket™ White Crème Baking Chips

Directions:

  1. Heat a few cups of water to just under boiling, and transfer to a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Submerge the bag of Bowl & Basket™ White Crème Baking Chips in the water, and let rest to allow the chips to melt.
  3. Using tongs, carefully remove the bag from the water. Snip off one corner of the bag to create a small “piping tip.”
  4. Unwrap the Häagen-Dazs® Vanilla Milk Chocolate Almond Ice Cream Bars, and arrange on a silicone lined sheet.
  5. Working quickly, pipe the laces of a football onto each ice cream bar. Serve immediately, or keep in the freezer until ready to serve.

Nashville Hot Chicken Dip

Difficulty: Easy • 10 Servings • Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 pkgs Bowl & Basket™ Plain Cream Cheese, softened
  • ¼ C Wholesome Pantry Organic® Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ C Bowl & Basket™ Medium Buffalo Style Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 C buttermilk, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 chicken tenders, prepared according to package instructions
  • Bowl & Basket™ Kosher Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips, for garnish
  • green onions thinly sliced, for garnish

for the sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Chop the cooked chicken tenders into bite size pieces, and set aside.
  2. Add the Bowl & Basket™ Plain Cream Cheese, Wholesome Pantry Organic® Ranch Dressing, Bowl & Basket™ Medium Buffalo Style Wing Sauce, buttermilk, cayenne, paprika, and garlic powder. Using a hand mixer, beat the mix together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the serving dish, and spread out evenly.
  4. Spread the chicken pieces out over the top of the spiced dip.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder. Pour the sauce onto the chicken pieces and dip.
  6. Top with Bowl & Basket™ Kosher Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips and sliced scallions, and serve with chips for dipping.

Sheet Pan Smashburger Fries

Difficulty: Easy • 8 Servings • Total Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Bowl & Basket™ Shoestring French Fried Potatoes, prepared according to package instructions
  • 2 ½ C Bowl & Basket™ Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Natural Cheese
  • 2 smashburger patties, cooked, with cheese and pickles
  • Bowl & Basket™ Kosher Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips
  • pickled jalapeño slices

for the sauce:

  • 1 C Wholesome Pantry Organic® Real Organic Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Wholesome Pantry Organic® Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp dill relish
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450º, or leave the oven on if you’ve just cooked the Bowl & Basket™ Shoestring French Fried Potatoes.
  2. Chop the smashburger patties and toppings into bite size pieces, and set aside.
  3. Spread the cooked fries into an even layer on the sheet pan they were baked on. Sprinkle half of the Bowl & Basket™ Shredded Sharp White Cheddar Natural Cheese on top, then add the chopped smashburger pieces. Add the remaining cheese, and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes, just until the cheese is melted.
  4. While the fries are cooking, whisk together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. Remove the sheet pan from the oven, and drizzle with the sauce. Top with Bowl & Basket™ Kosher Hamburger Dill Pickle Chips, and pickled jalapeño according to your taste.

Blooming Quesadilla Ring

Difficulty: Easy • 20 Pieces • Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 20 Bowl & Basket™ Flour Soft Taco Tortillas
  • 6 C Bowl & Basket™ Finely Shredded Mexican Style Blend Cheese
  • 1 jar Bowl & Basket™ Medium Thick & Chunky Salsa

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. Lay a Bowl & Basket™ Flour Soft Taco Tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Sprinkle enough Bowl & Basket™ Finely Shredded Mexican Style Blend Cheese on it to cover, then roll up and set aside. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Arrange the rolled tortillas in the basket of an air fryer. You’ll need to work in batches. Air fry on medium-low, about 370ºF, until the tortillas begin to brown and the cheese is melty.
  4. In the center of a large, circular, oven-safe tray, place the jar of Bowl & Basket Medium Thick & Chunky Salsa™, and arrange the air-fried quesadilla rolls in a starburst around it. There should be enough for two layers. Sprinkle more Bowl & Basket™ Finely Shredded Mexican Style Blend Cheese between the rolls, remove the salsa jar, and bake just until melty.
  5. Remove from the oven. Transfer the salsa to a small bowl, and place in the center of the ring. Serve hot!

Football Deviled Eggs

Difficulty: Easy • 24 Pieces • Total Time: 45 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12 Bowl & Basket™ Fresh White Eggs, Large, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 6 slices Bowl & Basket™ Original Bacon
  • ⅓ C + 2 Tbsp, divided, Wholesome Pantry Organic® Real Organic Mayonnaise
  • 1 T dijon
  • 2 T relish
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper, and arrange the Bowl & Basket™ Original Bacon slices in a single layer on it. Bake for about 15 minutes, then flip, and bake for another 15 minutes or so, until crispy. Remove from the oven and drain on paper towels.
  2. Chop the bacon very finely, spread on a plate, and set aside.
  3. Halve the Bowl & Basket™ Fresh White Eggs vertically, and remove yolks. Add them to a freezer bag, and set aside the whites.
  4. To the bag with yolks, add ⅓ C Wholesome Pantry Organic® Real Organic Mayonnaise, relish, dijon, and salt. Mash together to combine. Snip one corner off to create a piping bag.
  5. Fill each egg half with the yolk mixture. Press the filling side of each egg into bacon to coat completely.
  6. Place the 2 Tbsp Wholesome Pantry Organic® Real Organic Mayonnaise in another small plastic bag, and snip off a very small portion of the corner. Pipe the mayonnaise onto the bacon covered eggs in the shape of football laces. Keep cold, and enjoy!
