There’s absolutely no way you missed the news that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas got married over the weekend. The festivities have been posted all over social media — including a Broadway-worthy dance-off between the Chopra and Jonas families. But we haven’t seen all the deets quite yet. People got an exclusive photo of Chopra and Jonas’s wedding cake and good god, it’s the most extra thing we’ve ever seen.
Chopra and Jonas threw two huge celebrations for family and friends over the weekend. They first had a traditional Western-style ceremony and reception on Saturday, December 1st. That was followed by a Hindu ceremony on Sunday, December 2nd.
At their Western reception, Chopra and Jonas unveiled an enormous, 18-foot-tall wedding cake. As the preview photo on People’s Instagram shows, the 8-tiered ivory cake looks as if it belongs on top of the Taj Mahal.
As if the look of the cake isn’t luxurious enough, according to Filmfare, Jonas enlisted his personal chefs from Dubai and Kuwait to put the cake together. Delish reports that the cake made its appearance at the Catholic reception, which took place at a lavish palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
