Taking their high-quality, delicious beverages, we added our creative twist that we guarantee will be so yummy! From fun Minute Maid® Boba to the perfect, quintessential summer Snow Cones, these recipes are designed to quench your thirst and elevate your summer moments. They are sure to become your go-to favorites all season long!

Homemade Fruit Straws

Difficulty: Medium • 8 Straws • Total Time: 10 Hours 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Minute Maid® Lemonade 
  • 1 can Minute Maid® Fruit Punch 
  • 1 ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 ½ cup peaches

Directions:

  1. Preheat set your oven to 130°F.
  2. Blend strawberries until smooth and pour the puree onto a silicone mat. Blend peaches until smooth and pour the puree onto a separate silicone mat.
  3. Place the silicone mats in the oven and bake for 10 hours.
  4. Once baked, let the fruit leather cool completely. Cut the strawberry sheet into quarters.
  5. Roll each quarter into edible straws. Enjoy these fruit leather straws with Minute Maid® Fruit Punch or Minute Maid® Lemonade!

Minute Maid® Boba

Difficulty: Easy • 2 Servings • Total Time: 45 Minute

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Minute Maid® Lemonade 
  • ¼ cu[ Blue Raspberry Minute Maid® 
  • 2 tbsp + ¾ cup Tapioca flour, divided
  • 2 cup Water, for boiling

Directions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ¼ cup Blue Raspberry Minute Maid® and 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour. Mix until well combined.
  2. Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals for a total of 1 minute. Let it cool for 2 minutes.
  3. Once cooled, add ¾ cup tapioca flour to the mixture. Mix until a non-sticky dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls. Dust them with tapioca flour to prevent sticking.
  5. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the boba pearls and boil for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Remove the boba pearls from the water and place them at the bottom of a glass. Pour Minute Maid® Lemonade over the top. Enjoy!

Lemonade Ice Pops

Difficulty: Easy • 8 Popsicles • Total Time: 4 Hours 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Minute Maid® Lemonade 
  • 1 Can Minute Maid® Fruit Punch
  • 1 bottle Blue Raspberry Minute Maid® 

Directions:

  1. Pour Minute Maid® Lemonade, Minute Maid® Fruit Punch, and Blue Raspberry Minute Maid® into the popsicle mold, filling each compartment. 
  2. Place the cover on the popsicle mold and insert a popsicle stick into each opening. Freeze the popsicles for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  3. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the mold and enjoy this delicious summer treat!

Snow Cones 

Difficulty: Easy • 2-6 Servings • Total Time: 4 Hours 5 Minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 1 can Minute Maid® Lemonade 
  • 1 can Minute Maid® Fruit Punch

Directions:

  1. Fill one side of an ice tray with Minute Maid® Lemonade and the other side with Minute Maid® Fruit Punch. Freeze for about 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  2. Once frozen, remove the lemonade ice cubes and add them to a food processor. Blend until the ice cubes are crushed into a shaved ice consistency. Repeat with the fruit punch ice cubes.
  3. Scoop the shaved lemonade ice and fruit punch ice into paper cones. Enjoy!

Summer Shandy with Lemon Curl Garnish

Difficulty: Easy • 1-2 Servings • Total Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Minute Maid® Lemonade 
  • 1 beer

Directions:

  1. In a glass, combine equal parts Minute Maid® Lemonade and beer.
  2. Cut a thin strip from the skin of a lemon using a vegetable peeler. Twist the slice around a metal straw to shape into a curl.
  3. Place the lemon curl on the rim of your Shandy for garnish. Enjoy!
