La Baleine Cowboy Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp La Baleine Coarse Sea Salt 
  • 8 oz Unsalted butter, soften 
  • 2 tbsp Thyme 
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary 
  • 2 tbsp Chives, mince 
  • 2 tbsp Green onion, slice
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, mince 
  • 2 tbsp Shallots, mince 
  • 2 tbsp Garlic, mince 
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard  
  • 2 tbsp Paprika 
  • 2 tbsp Pepper 

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, place softened butter and add the thyme, rosemary, chives, green onions, parsley, shallots, garlic, Dijon mustard, paprika, pepper and followed by La Baleine Coarse Sea Salt. Mix well.
  2. Once all your ingredients are combined, set a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper on a clean work surface. Place the softened butter on top of plastic wrap as if creating a log.
  3. Once you have placed your butter on the plastic wrap, begin to roll the butter along with the plastic wrap, tighten up the ends and place in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
  4. Once the butter is set, it is ready to use. Enjoy!
