Since you love being around friends so much, we found the perfect workout class for you. You should try kickboxing. This class will challenge you mentally and psychically.


(February 19-March 20)

Yes, you are a water sign, but no, I will not suggest water aerobics. Instead, I think my Pisces friends should dabble in some sandbox fitness classes. Surfset takes place in a yoga studio type room, but instead of a hardwood floor, you stand on a yoga board in a giant sandbox.


(March 21-April 19)

Hello, my beautiful fire signs! Let’s get right to it. Y’all should look into rowing. Since Aries are known to be a bit aggressive, rowing is the perfect outlet. In this work out you literally get to sit down and slide. I’m not lying, it’s pretty fun.

My fellow Tauruses, hello! We’re an Earth sign, so let’s take it back to the basics with some good ole yoga. Yoga keeps us grounded and in tune with our own bodies. I suggest looking into Yin, Hatha, and Anusara classes near you. Namaste!

Y’all should take part in an aerial silks class. Sounds scary to the rest of us, flying through the sky by a piece of fabric, but Scorpios get a rush with this kind of class. You get to climb and wrap yourselves up in a piece of silk and learn different poses while doing so.


(November 22-December 21)

You like the outdoors and freedom and hate being constrained. How about hiking as your next fitness adventure? You’ll be able to explore all around you and still call it exercise. No more being boxed in at the gym or local pool, get out there and start exploring today.

Instead of spinning, try SoulCycle. Body moving, blood pumping indoor cycling. It incorporates a stationary bike, core work, hand weights, and even choreography.
