• 2 slices White bread 
• 2 Tbsp Cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Begin by spreading about half a teaspoon of Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise evenly onto one slice of bread.
2. Place a slice of cheddar cheese onto the center of the mayonnaise-coated bread.
3. Apply the same amount of Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise onto another slice of bread and place it on top of the cheese, creating a sandwich.

Ingredients:

• Brioche Bun
• 4 slices american cheese
• For the Bourbon Butter Grilled Onions:
• 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp butter
• ⅛ C bourbon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

For Burger Patty:

• 1 lb Ground beef
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp ground coriander
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
• 2 tsp garlic, minced

For the Hellmann’s Burger Sauce:

• 1 Tbsp ketchup
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• ¼ C Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise

Directions:

To make the Bourbon Butter Grilled Onions:

1. In a stainless steel pan, sauté your onion in the butter on medium-high heat, until it starts to brown, about 5 minutes.
2. Pour in your bourbon and deglaze until the bourbon has evaporated.
3. Add your salt and pepper and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

To make the Burger Patty:

1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients together well. Divide the batch into two even balls.
2. On a preheated cast iron skillet over high heat, place both balls into the pan, keeping some space between them. Using either a burger smasher or the back of a flat spatula, press down each burger with enough force to make thin burger patties. Cook for 5 minutes and flip them, pressing down this side hard as well. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside.
3. In a separate cast iron skillet, separate your brioche bun and grill the interior of each half.
4. Place your american cheese slices onto the top bun and let it melt whilst you make your Hellmann’s Burger Sauce.

To make the Hellmann’s Burger Sauce:

1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients until one even color.

Assembly:

1. Now that the cheese has melted, flip the bottom of the bun around so the crispy side is facing up. Place this on top of the cheese covered bun and push down gently.
2. Pull them apart to spread the cheesy joy! 
3. Add a burger patty to the, your onions, the other burger patty, your Hellmann’s Burger Sauce and top with the bottom of the brioche bun (crispy side up, cheesy side down) and enjoy!

Cajun Shrimp Boil Potato Salad

With the weather warming up and the sun coming out, it is the perfect time of year to

Ingredients:

• 8 jumbo shrimp
• 1 corn cob, shucked
• 3 Tbsp cajun seasoning
• 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened 
• 1.5 lbs baby yukon gold potatoes
• ½ C + 3 Tbsp cajun seasoning, diced
• 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
• ¾ C Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
• 2 scallions, chopped
• 2 tsp coarse sea salt
• 1 lemon

Instructions:

1. Quarter each potato. Add them, the garlic and the ½ C Cajun seasoning to a pot of boiling water. Cook for 35 minutes, then remove and let them cool.
2. Combine 1 Tbsp of Cajun seasoning with the butter and mix well.
3. Coat your shrimp in the remaining Cajun seasoning.
4. On a grill, cook your corn on the cob for 5 minutes, then flip.
5. Add your shrimp to the grill and brush your corn with half of the seasoned butter. Cook for 5 minutes and then flip both the shrimp and corn, brushing this side of the corn. Cook for another 5 minutes then remove. Slice the kernels of corn off the cob and set aside.
6. Add your potatoes, shrimp, corn, scallions, coarse sea salt and Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise to a bowl, and mix together until well combined.
7. Upon serving, squeeze the juice from a lemon over the top and enjoy!
