How to Eat Like 2018 Olympians in PyeongChang

The 2018 Olympics were held in PyeongChang, South Korea. In honor of the games and the hosting country, here is a quick rundown of what some athletes might be chomping on.

Bulgogi

Bulgogi is grilled and marinated beef barbecue. It is grilled with onions and garlic, wrapped in lettuce, and topped with ssamjang, which is a spicy red paste.

Bibimbap

Do you like rice? Well, that’s not all this bibimbap has to offer. You can also find veggies, mushrooms, beef, soy sauce, gochujang, and a fried egg in this Korean dish.

This soup is made from ox bone, ox meat, brisket, and seasoned to your liking. Seolleongtang is known to be chewy and soft textured.

Well, you will find an entire chicken in this soup. It will most likely be filled with garlic, rice, jujube, and ginseng.
