Meghan Markle’s “Sexy” Pasta Sauce Hack Is Questionable

June 20, 2018

Before she was a duchess, she was simply Meghan Markle — a girl who attended Immaculate Heart High School and had her first big role as a suitcase girl on Deal or No Deal. She didn’t always have people cooking for her, so it was up to her to create a few fantastic dishes that were easy, healthy, tasty…and sexy as well.

That’s the word Markle used to describe her homemade pasta sauce, and you just have to take her word for it. Markle spoke to Delish and made it apparent that she doesn’t use the jarred stuff when she wants pasta — instead, she uses a hack that everyone should try at least once. Especially if it’s as sensual as she says.

She learned the trick from a friend, and the main ingredient is zucchini. Supposedly, if you slow-cook a zucchini for about four to five hours, it turns into a “filthy, sexy mush” that tastes amazing on pasta. “The sauce gets so creamy, you’d swear there’s tons of butter and oil in it, but it’s just zucchini, water and a little bouillon,” Markle admitted.

It’s shocking that something like that would work, but it sounds like Markle is pretty confident when it comes to pasta sauce hacks.

This sauce seems like the perfect solution when you’re looking for a healthy dinner after a busy workday. If you’re lucky enough to stop home for lunch (or if you work at home), you could set up the slow-cooker in the early afternoon and have your sauce ready when you get home.

Hopefully, Markle feels inspired to share a few more recipes with her fans — it may the only way all of us can eat like royalty!
