Mug Cakes 4 Ways

Ingredients & Directions
S’mores Mug Cake:
Servings: 1
  • 4 tbspall-purpose flour
  • 3 tbspgranulatedsugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 teaspoon milk
  • 1 tbsp oil, such as vegetable or canola
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chunks
  • Graham cracker crumbles
  • 1 marshmallows
In a mug, mix all the ingredients together except the graham cracker crumbles, marshmallows, chocolate chunks.Once combined, mix  graham cracker crumbles and chocolate chunks.Push one big marshmallow into batter.Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).Let cool one minute before eating. Enjoy!
Cookies and Cream Mug Cake:
Servings: 1
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • Oreo crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tbsp fat-free milk
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a mug, mix all the ingredients together.Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).Let cool one minute before eating. Enjoy!
Funfetti Mug Cake:
Servings: 1
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp granulated white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sprinkles
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Frosting
In a mug, mix all the ingredients together except the frosting.Once combined, put frosting on top of the batter.Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).Let cool one minute before eating. Enjoy!
Strawberry Shortcake in a Mug:
Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar​
  • 1 small strawberries, diced, plus more for topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tbsp whole or 2% milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Strawberry jam
In a mug, mix all the ingredients together except the strawberry jam.Once combined, put the strawberry jam on top of the batter.Drag the tip of a wooden skewer or knife through the jam, to create a swirl design.Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, watching to make sure it doesn’t spill over (depending on the size of the mug).Let cool one minute before eating. Enjoy!
