Simply Mimosa

Difficulty: Easy • 1 Serving • Total Time: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Simply Orange Juice
  • 1/4 clementine
  • 1.5 oz champagne

Directions:

  1. Start by making your garnish. Make a cut down the middle of the clementine wedge, cutting from the thinnest part towards the rind, but stopping before slicing all the way through. Carefully spread the halves apart to create a butterfly shape.
  2. Gently peel the top edges of the rind away from the fruit to make the antennae, and set aside.
  3. Pour the champagne into a champagne glass, top with Simply Orange Juice. Add a butterfly garnish to each rim. Cheers!

Granita Mimosa

Difficulty: Easy • 1 Serving • Total Time: 8 Hours

  • ½ c Simply Orange juice
  • 1.5 oz champagne
  • orange blossoms, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Pour the Simply Orange Juice into a popsicle mold, add a popsicle stick, and place in the freezer until solid, about eight hours.
  2. When frozen, unmold the popsicle and grate directly into a coupe glass filled with the champagne, using a microplane or very sharp grater.
  3. Garnish with an orange blossom and serve!

  • 1 sprig rosemary, about 3-4”
  • 3 fresh cranberries (or frozen, thawed)

  1. Remove the leaves from the bottom inch of the rosemary. Carefully slide the cranberries onto the rosemary stem, piercing with a toothpick if necessary.
  2. In a champagne flute, add the champagne, followed by the Simply Orange Juice. Pour Simply Cranberry Cocktail directly into the center of the glass, pouring slowly to let it sink to the bottom.
  3. Garnish with the rosemary sprig, and enjoy responsibly!
