Miso Robotics is rapidly becoming the “future of food.” This company is providing robotic kitchen assistants for restaurants. Get familiar with Flippy! According to Forbes, Miso Robotics has recently raised $10 million, which will continue to launch the use of Flippy robots at over fifty Caliburger locations. The CEO of Miso Robotics, David Zito, told Forbes, “People really like the idea of a kitchen assistant that can really come in and be that third hand for the overworked staff.”
If you are having doubts about a robot cooking your food, Zito is standing strong with his case. He also stated, “They’re all reporting high turnover rate and increasing customer demand for fresh ingredients prepared quickly. Trying to keep that at accessible prices is hard.”
