Kylie Jenner Served A Surprising Food At Her Skin Care Launch Party

Pop the pink champagne because entrepreneur and reality TV star Kylie Jenner’s new skin care company, Kylie Skin, has officially launched. Up until today, the website was shown as “coming soon,” but it opened for business at 9 a.m. PST this morning. Not one to delay a party, the world’s youngest self-made billionaire (according to Forbes) celebrated with a spectacular pink-themed roller disco last night.

The guest list was as starry as you’d hope.

According to Elle, three of Kylie’s sisters — Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe — showed up to support her, looking appropriately glamorous in skintight pastel dresses, scraped-back hair, and A-list level sparkle. Her half-brother Brandon also made it out. Older sister Kendall was missing, but she had a good excuse: Page Six explained that she couldn’t make it because she’s at the Cannes Film Festival, and that’s a long flight for one night.

Despite Kendall’s absence, Kylie was happy to have her siblings’ support (and she approved of the outfits.)

Kylie’s parents, Caitlyn and Kris, attended too, as did Caitlyn’s girlfriend Sophia Hutchins, Page Six reported. Kris is supposedly a big fan of the skin care line, especially a product called the vanilla milk toner.

And since Kylie has a perfectly polished finger in reality TV and beauty, thanks to her enormously successful company Kylie Cosmetics, the superstars of the beauty world were also invited. Some people were surprised to see newly forgiven (ish) James Charles and his friends Nikita Dragun and Gabriel Zamora, who posed for photos and videos with Kylie (although according to Page Six, she still hasn’t re-followed him on Twitter since the now-resolved feud with Tati Westbrook.)

Of course, the guests of honor were the products, which also served as decor:

So we’ve got celebrities, rollerskating, fabulous makeup, beauty products as wallpaper, glamour, and gossip — but what about the food?

Guests were treated to some party classics — all keeping with the brand’s pink color scheme.

Yes, those cones are covered in (hopefully edible) glitter. Guests also got to try a personalized drink called Coconut Blush, containing tequila, coconut cream, and rose water, according to E! Online.

Is it even a party without pizza?

In a Kylie Skin box, of course.

Scrolling through Kylie’s Snapchat is like a masterclass in party planning.

Even the sushi was pink, you guys.

Could all that party food be another smart marketing tactic?

There are conspiracy theorists everywhere.

However, there was one food choice that not everyone was totally ready for.

Kylie served up ramen noodles in a container branded with the Kylie Skin font, accessorized with millennial pink chopsticks.

Some felt that ramen was an odd choice for a billionaire.

But Kylie is known for her love of the basic — but filling — food:

In 2016, she put her own customized ramen recipe on Snapchat.

And according to this fan, who apparently took a screenshot for safekeeping, it holds up today:

People who didn’t get an invite (ours got lost in the mail too) went through some serious #FOMO.

Maybe in the next life…

While Kylie and Ko. recovered from last night’s party, her fans spent the morning trying to get their hands on her long-awaited (and controversial) skin care range.

It’s selling faster than hot ramen!

Even if you didn’t make it to the party, you can still get a piece of that Kylie glamour — once it’s back in stock.
