How to Make the Perfect Burger Every Time with Pepperidge Farm® Hamburger Buns

Everyone knows the best part about eating lasagna or a grilled cheese sandwich is munching on the crispy, caramelized cheese at the edge. That is crispy, cheesy goodness at its best.

So Yummy wanted to incorporate that decadency into the ultimate burger for your summertime cookouts. That’s why we partnered with PEPPERIDGE FARM® BAKERY CLASSICS to create a recipe for some insanely cheesy burger buns. Simply melt the cheese in a pan, but just before the cheese completely caramelizes place the cut sides of the burger bun on top of the melted cheese to fuse the two together. Your guests will go crazy for this creation made out of caramelized, cheese.

The buns are ready to be filled with whatever type of patties and toppings your heart desires. We went ahead and introduced crispy cheese to the PEPPERIDGE FARM® BAKERY CLASSICS burger bun, and we’re not mad about it. Try it and see for yourself!
