There might still be colorful leaves on the trees, but Halloween has ended, and everyone is already ready to move on to the most festive season of them all: the holiday season. Black Friday and Christmas sales are being announced, decorations are going up, and our favorite brands are getting into the spirit of things. Most importantly, Starbucks has introduced some drool-worthy new holiday treats that aren’t just delicious, but also very gorgeous (and festive!) to look at.
The new holiday treats go beyond just drinks. Sure, sipping a steaming hot Peppermint Mocha latte is enjoyable, but if you want to treat yourself with a sweet snack, they’ve got plenty of options.
The first is the new Chocolate Swirl Brioche, which looks like a seasonal dream. It mixes the buttery flavor of brioche with layers of dark, fudge-like chocolate filling and a hint of cinnamon. There’s also a light glaze of honey syrup on top to make it even sweeter.
If you’re not into chocolate, there’s another sugary option for you: the Pistachio Honey Croissant. It’s a new take on everyone’s favorite breakfast pastry with pistachios and a sweet honey glaze.
Then there’s the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish, which already sounds delightful just based on the name. It’s a danish made with a cream cheese filling, then topped with a spiced sugar plum spread.
Finally, there’s a treat no one will be able to resist: a Penguin Cake Pop, made of vanilla cake covered in chocolate frosting, and decorated to look like a tiny, round penguin.

Of course, Starbucks is also bringing back their holiday classics, like the Cranberry Bliss Bar, the Iced Snowman Cookie, and the Gingerbread Loaf, so if you prefer to stick with old favorites, you can do exactly that. But you have to admit, any of these new treats sound pretty tempting!
