Prince Harry Can’t Eat These Three Things Because Of Meghan Markle

When one becomes pregnant, certain foods and drinks should be avoided. Meghan Markle, who has always been a healthy eater, reportedly dove head-first into a super-healthy pregnancy diet — and she’s brought Prince Harry along with her. Now, according to the U.K.’s Express, Harry is “reformed” and off the junk in an effort to stand in solidarity with his pregnant wife.

As of January 1st, Prince Harry has supposedly given up alcohol, an absolute no-no for pregnant moms-to-be. Harry is also reportedly off caffeinated beverages like coffee and tea. Express reports that Meghan has encouraged Harry to replace these kinds of drinks with still mineral water.

Friends of the Duke of Sussex have supposedly noticed that his 2019 diet has somewhat changed him — physically and personality-wise. Not only did Harry look slimmer at Christmastime, but he’s also become more “chilled,” according to friends. “Now his new regime doesn’t make him the most entertaining party guest in the world,” a friend joked to Express, “but he’s definitely more chilled and relaxed.”

Another friend added, “All [Meghan] did was show him there’s another way to live and he’s become a huge fan. He eats well, doesn’t poison his body, exercises, does a bit of yoga and is a lot happier.”

As evident by her involvement in the creation of the cookbook titled Together, which supports communities like those affected by the West London Grenfell Tower fire, that unified through cooking, Markle and good food go hand-in-hand.

Sources say that Meghan has been slowly weening Harry off of processed foods and carbs since the summertime.

And Harry’s not the only one who is looking to improve his eating, drinking, and exercise habits in 2019. Ahem…we all are.

I don't do new year resolutions, but some things I wanted to improve about myself were
- I want to read more (an hour a day at least)
- Go on more walks (20 minutes a day at least)
- Get over my fast food cravings before it's problematic
- Generally feel better about myself

I'm trying to complete my 2018 New Year's resolution list. To sum it up, I have 25 hours to lose 38 pounds. Serious suggestions only, please.

Then again, there’s nothing wrong with wanting to eat yummier foods in 2019.

We hope Harry finds success in achieving his healthier lifestyle in 2019 (or at least until baby arrives).
