Khloé Kardashian Served Some Creepy Cotton Candy At Baby True’s Birthday Party

True birthday party

Boy, did a year fly by. It seems like we were waiting decades for Khloé Kardashian to give birth, but baby True is already one year old. At the age of a year, a lot opens up for a kid. They’re able to try a lot of new foods, and yes, snacks count. Even though she shouldn’t be loading up on sugar on a daily basis, it makes sense that Khloé gave her baby a little bit of cotton candy to celebrate.

Khloé and the father of True, Tristan Thompson, reportedly reunited for the big birthday celebration. While there, they feasted on snacks like cotton candy. But not just any cotton candy — it was candy shaped like animals.

I get that it’s for a 1-year-old’s birthday, but you can’t deny the fact that there’s something just a little creepy about it. Isn’t it tempting enough as-is?

The cotton candy came from L.A. candy company Bon Puf Cotton Candy, and it was shaped like bears, roosters, puppy dogs, and pigs. Each look a little cross-eyed, but they’re all pretty cute. In fact, almost a little too cute to eat.

The company’s Instagram confirmed that Khloé was definitely a client. No matter what, it must have been a pretty high honor to be part of the celebration.

The cotton candy seemingly came later. It looks like True first started her party with literally all the balloons in the world.

Khloé had no problem going all out for the party. According to People, she had matching dresses made up for her and her daughter, and also hired on a “unicorn,” otherwise known as a mini pony wearing a pretty great costume.

Thompson posted a clip from True’s first birthday. In this video, you can also get a good look at True’s impressive jewelry. She’s only one year old, but she already dresses better than I do.

While Kourtney Kardashian was reportedly at the party, she also posted a cute little tribute to baby True online. It seems like her own kids absolutely adore her.

But, back to the cotton candy for a minute. While it’s the perfect treat to serve up at a birthday party, it doesn’t seem to go with the theme.

Khloé seems to focus on unicorns, but this specific treat didn’t even come in a unicorn shape. That is, unless there was one special unicorn design saved just for baby True. Perhaps something like this:

Truth be told, there are a lot of super cute unicorn cotton candy designs out there that would have been perfect. And unlike the animal shapes, their eyes aren’t as… prominent.

Now, don’t get me wrong…

They probably tasted fantastic, which is the most important part. I have a feeling that Khloé wouldn’t skimp on getting the very best for her daughter. But cotton candy has come a long way, and there were a lot of other things she could have chosen.

Dylan’s Candy Bar seems to do a few unicorn-friendly designs. This booth would have fit in perfectly at the party.

Is anyone else suddenly hungry for cotton candy? In any form, it’s such a great springtime treat.

Cotton candy may have inspired Khloé and a majority of her sisters when it came to hair as well. One of Khloé’s best looks was when she debuted very soft pink highlights this past December.

And you’re probably well aware of the fact that Kylie Jenner is fond of rocking pink hair on occasion. She just had her own baby birthday to celebrate — little Stormi turned one in February.

Kylie and Khloé were both sporting bumps at the same time — with Kylie’s being a secret — but who knows if they predicted that their two daughters would be as close as they are. How cute is this?

One thing is quite obvious — True looks like she’s having a great time, and having both of her parents there is a complete win.

Even though Thompson has lost a lot of fans based on his cheating scandals, it’s good to know he’s still stepping up as a dad. And it’s even better knowing that Khloé can put the past behind her in order for her daughter to have a relationship with him.

Happy birthday, True! May you be able to sample all of the cotton candy in the years ahead.
