Mac & Cheese Stuffed Chicken
1. Mac & Cheese Stuffed Chicken5-7 Min
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a pan on medium heat; add minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add 4 cups of milk and 2 boxes of macaroni, and let simmer until macaroni is cooked. Then add 4 cups of cheddar cheese and mix until cheese is melted.
2. Scoop15-20 MinScoop balls of Mac & Cheese and place on a plate. Freeze the scooped Mac & Cheese balls for 15 minutes.
3. Stuff5-7 Min
Take out a chicken breast and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Slice the chicken breast from the middle, but do not cut all the way through. You want to create a pocket to stuff Mac & Cheese inside.
4. Bake20 - 25 Min
Place the Mac & Cheese ball inside the chicken breast and secure the open sides with toothpicks. Cover the chicken breast with flour, buttermilk, and bread crumbs. Fry in a pan until the chicken breast is brown and crispy. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes and serve!
