Mashed Potato Turkey Bombs
1. Fill & Freeze2 hours
Fill an ice cube tray with turkey, green beans, cranberry sauce, and stuffing. Top it with gravy and parsley. Freeze the tray for at least 2 hours.
2. Mix1 minute
Mix together the mashed potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper.
3. Shape3 minutes
Take a scoop of the potatoes and place a gravy cube into the middle. Shape it into a ball.
4. Dredge4 minutes
Take the ball and dredge it into the flour, eggs, and then the breadcrumbs.
5. Heat5 minutes
Heat your oil to 375°F and drop in the balls one at a time. Carefully watch the temperature, because once you add in more balls, the temperature will fall.
6. Fry4 minutes
Fry each ball until it is golden brown.
7. Serve1 minute
Serve them warm and enjoy!
