Kitty Boba

  2. Remove from heat, add remaining tapioca flour, and knead until stretchy.
  3. Divide dough in quarters. With food coloring, dye two quarters white, one quarter pink, and the last black.
  4. To shape the boba dough into Kitty’s face, use a Hello Kitty silicone mold, or similar shape. Use black for eyes and whiskers, if desired, pink for bows, and white for the face. Fill the mold completely and press well to form.
  5. Unmold the boba, and let harden for 1 hour.
  6. Boil in water for 25 minutes until slightly clear, then chill in ice water.
  7. Serve in a glass with peach tea and ice. Enjoy your cute kitty boba!
