Banana S’mores

  1. Using a paring knife, make a vertical cut down the bananas. 
  2. Open the bananas and fill with the marshmallows, chocolate and Graham crackers. 
  3. Wrap the bottom of each banana in foil and place over heat source (campfire or camping stove) for 10 minutes. 
  4. Once the chocolate melts, the banana is ready to be enjoyed!

  1. Light up a camping fire (or use a camping stove as an alternative). It is important to have an open flame. 
  2. Place the popcorn kernels inside a metal sieve and cover with another metal sieve of equal size. 
  3. Cook popcorn over heat until the kernels start to pop. Once most have popped, let them cool slightly, salt them and enjoy!

  1. Open the Doritos bag and crush the chips slightly. 
  2. Fold the bottom sides of the bag up and roll the top down to make it less tall and easier to eat. 
  3. Add the ground beef, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Finish with jalapeño slices, add a fork, and enjoy!

Bread Bowl Breakfast

Directions:

  1. Cut the top off the biscuit and push the crumbs in to make a hole. 
  2. Line the hole with bacon and fill with the egg. Return the top, and wrap the whole thing in aluminum foil. 
  3. Place on a rack over direct heat and cook for 15 minutes. Once done, let cool slightly. 
  4. Unwrap the bread and remove the top. Garnish with chives and enjoy!

Pull-Apart Sandwich

  1. Cut bread rolls in half horizontally, creating two sheets. 
  2. Layer the bottom sheet of  rolls with ham, cheese and mayo. Return the top sheet to cover. 
  3. Add a slice of butter on top of each roll and place the entire thing on a metal tray. 
  4. Angle a second metal tray to reflect the sunlight onto the sandwiches, heating them up. 
  5. Once the butter melts, pull apart the sandwiches and enjoy!

  1. Unroll each cinnamon roll and wrap around a thick stick. 
  2. Roast over a fire for 15 minutes, being sure to rotate so it cooks evenly. 
  3. Glaze with the frosting included in the can, and enjoy!

DIY Capri Sun

  1. Heat up a knife and cut a large ziploc bag in half vertically. The heat from the knife will seal the edges. 
  2. Pour half of the pineapple juice in one bag. Add 1/2 of the juice from the cherries and ¼ C water. Add a few cherries inside and close. Repeat with the second bag. 
  3. Use a hole puncher to make holes for the straws at the top part of each bag. Add a straw, and be ready to take it on the go!

Pineapple Upside Down Skewers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make a stack by placing a pineapple ring at the bottom, then a layer of 4 maraschino cherries, and a pancake layer. Repeat so as to have two layers of each ingredient.
  2. Stick 4 skewers into the tower and cut to separate. 
  3. Place the skewers over a campfire, roast on all sides and enjoy!
