Ingredients
- Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
- ⅓ C black beans, rinsed
- ¼ C breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- ¼ C arugula
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ⅓ C sprouts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, the beans, breadcrumbs, tomato, and parsley. Mix together until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into a patty.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add a small amount of neutral oil.
- Sear the black bean patty on both sides, then remove from the pan.
- To build the burger, add Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, followed by the arugula, patty, avocado slices, and the sprouts. Add more mayonnaise to the top bun before adding.
