Ingredients

  • Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
  • ⅓ C black beans, rinsed
  • ¼ C breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • ¼ C arugula
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ⅓ C sprouts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, the beans, breadcrumbs, tomato, and parsley. Mix together until well incorporated.
  2. Form the mixture into a patty.
  3. Heat a heavy skillet over medium high heat. Add a small amount of neutral oil.
  4. Sear the black bean patty on both sides, then remove from the pan.
  5. To build the burger, add Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, followed by the arugula, patty, avocado slices, and the sprouts. Add more mayonnaise to the top bun before adding.
