Glazed Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 tube biscuit dough
  • 1 C powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 2 drops food coloring
  • sprinkles, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Separate the biscuits and arrange flat on a clean surface. Use a circular cutting tool to make a hole in the center of each biscuit, creating a donut shape. Save the donut holes!
  2. Place the donuts in the Bella Air Fryer and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the tray, flip donuts, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Cook donut holes for 2 minutes. Let cool slightly before glazing.
  3. In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar and cream. Add food coloring and stir to incorporate.
  4. Dip donuts into the glaze, add sprinkles and enjoy!

Air Fryer Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • for the crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • for the filling:
  • 9.5 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ C heavy cream
  • ¼ C milk
  • ½ C white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • For the topping:
  • 2 C strawberries
  • ½ C strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the butter until fully incorporated. Press into the bottom of a greased 6” cake pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate.
  2. In a bowl combine all cheesecake ingredients. Make sure there are no lumps left from the cream cheese by using an immersion blender!
  3. Pour over the graham cracker crust until it fills ¾ of the cake pan. Cover the cake pan with lightly greased foil, make sure the foil folds tightly over the sides of the pan so that it doesn’t move.
  4. Place inside the So Yummy by Bella Air Fryer basket and cook for 40-50 minutes. The center should be wobbly, but the edges slightly firm. Let rest inside the air fryer for about 20 minutes before transferring to the refrigerator.
  5. Cool for at least three hours, ideally overnight.
  6. Decorate with strawberry slices and strawberry jam. You can heat the jam for 30 seconds in the microwave so it pours easily.
  7. Unmold cake and cut into slices. Top with strawberry sauce and serve!

Berry Wontons

Ingredients

  • 2 oz blueberries
  • 2 oz blackberries
  • 2 oz raspberries
  • ½ C sugar
  • 2 tbsp rum
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg, for egg wash
  • nonstick spray
  • optional: sweetened condensed milk or caramel, for serving

Instructions

  1. Place berries, sugar and rum in the Bella Air Fryer, and cook for 15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
  2. Add berry mixture to room-temperature cream cheese and mix well.
  3. Brush the sides of each wonton wrapper and place a small dollop of cream cheese filling in the center.
  4. Grab two opposite corners of the wonton dough and join in the middle, repeat the same with the other two corners.
  5. Place wontons in the Bella Air Fryer and coat with nonstick spray.
  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the outside of the wontons is golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly. Serve with condensed milk or caramel to dip in and enjoy!

Pork Belly

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pork belly
  • ¾ C salt
  • For spice mix:
  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • for the guacamole:
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • For the pickled red onion
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • ⅓ C apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Place pork belly skin-side down and use a knife to score the meat in a cross-hatch. Season with paprika and lemon pepper.
  2. Place over aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes,
  3. Turn the pork belly so it’s skin-side up, pour salt over the skin and spread evenly so that a thick coat covers all of it.
  4. Fold the aluminum foil along the sides soonly the top of the pork belly is visible. Place inside the Bella Air Fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and scrape off the salt crust. Place back in the Bella Air Fryer again and cook another 15 minutes until skin becomes crispy. Let cool.
  6. To make the guacamole, open the avocado, discard the pit and scoop the fruit into a small bowl. Add tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Mix to combine, then season with lemon juice and salt.
  7. For the onion side, place the sliced red onion in a small bowl. Add apple cider vinegar and sugar. Set aside to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve the pork belly sliced, with guacamole and pickled onions.

Veggie Empanadas

Ingredients

  • for the stir fry filling:
  • 3 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
  • ½ broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1 can baby corn, roughly chopped
  • ¼ C soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • for the empanadas:
  • 1 pack flour tortillas
  • ½ C shredded manchego cheese
  • 2 eggs, for egg wash
  • optional: salsa, for serving

Instructions

  1. First, make the filling. Place all vegetables in the Bella Air Fryer basket and coat with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for 18 minutes, shaking every 4 minutes. Let the filling cool slightly before the next step.
  2. Brush sides of each flour tortilla with egg, then add a scoop of the veggie filling and a small handful of shredded cheese in the center. Fold in half, then use a fork to seal and score the edges of the empanada.
  3. Place inside the Bella Air Fryer basket and fry for 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly, then serve. We like them with salsa!
