Waffle Sticks

  1. Cut the waffle into long strips.
  2. Whip the cream cheese and transfer to a pastry bag.
  3. On each waffle square, pipe a button of cream cheese from the pastry bag, add a piece of Serrano ham, a small piece of strawberry and a small sprig of rosemary.

  1. Place a heart-shaped cookie cutter in the center of a preheated skillet, over medium high.
  2. Pour crepe mix around the outside of it and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the cookie cutter and crack the egg into the heart-shaped area in the middle.
  4. Allow it to cook completely, then fold over the sides slightly and transfer to a plate.
  5. Garnish with basil and cherry tomatoes, and enjoy!

Breakfast Sausage Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place half of the flour tortilla dough in a skillet.
  2. Fill a pastry bag with the ground sausage filling, and pipe four triangles in each quadrant of the dough. Top each with a handful of mozzarella cheese.
  3. Seal using the other half of tortilla dough. Press chopsticks into the dough to divide into 4 triangles. Brush with egg wash. 
  4. Cook over medium for 6 minutes, then flip and cook the other side another 6 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a plate. Cut into triangles, and enjoy!

Sunshine Egg

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place an apple slicer in the center of a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Carefully add the whipped egg whites into each slot of the slicer, and cook until bubbly.
  3. Once cooked, remove the apple corer and pour the egg yolks around the cooked egg whites to form a flower.
  4. When fully cooked, serve on a piece of bread on top of a slice of cheese. Enjoy!

  1. Remove core from apple and cut into slices.
  2. Dip each slice into the pancake mix.
  3. Fry on both sides in a skillet over medium.
  4. Serve, and enjoy. We like them with strawberry jam!

Tortilla Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Brush it with melted butter, and sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on top. Add another tortilla on top, and repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.
  3. Once you have a tower of tortillas, roll it tightly, then cut into slices about 1 ½ inches tall.
  4. Sprinkle some sugar and chopped nuts in the cups of a cupcake pan, and add a roll to each.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, and allow to cool after baking. Decorate with icing and more nuts, then enjoy!

Milk Carton Pancake Cubes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut a clean milk carton in half.
  2. Pour the pancake batter into the carton.
  3. Add the batter-filled carton to a skillet over medium heat, open side down. Cook for 5 minutes, then add a small amount of water to the pan. Cover with a lid, and steam for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a plate, remove from the carton, and serve with syrup.

Crispy Croissants

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Flatten the croissant with a rolling pin and brush with sugar and butter.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. 
  4. Let cool, and dip in chocolate. Then, roll in pistachios and enjoy!
