Recipe 1/4

Witch Smash Cupcake

20 minutes

Easy

12 Cupcakes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make sure your cupcakes are baked and completely cooled before you begin decorating.
  2. Fill a piping bag fitted with a star tip with green buttercream frosting. Hold the piping bag with even pressure and start piping the green frosting onto each cupcake. Begin at the bottom of the cupcake and spiral your way up towards the top. Once you’ve piped the frosting onto each cupcake, set them aside.
  3. Take each Airhead candy and roll it in your hands to create a straw-like shape. Then, cut each Airhead candy in half to form two equal cylinders. These will be the legs for your witch. Repeat for each cupcake. One Airhead will make two legs.
  4. Shape the black fondant into pointed shoe-like pieces and attach one to the end of each candy cylinder. These will be the witch’s shoes.
  5. In a separate piping bag filled with black frosting, add some black stripes to each leg. These stripes can be irregular to give the appearance of witch stockings.
  6. Take each cupcake and press it upside down onto the legs. This will create the illusion of a “smashed witch” with her legs sticking out from under the cupcake. Your smash witch cupcakes are now ready to be served and enjoyed!

Recipe 2/4

Cross Coffins

15 minutes

Easy

3 Servings

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Begin by cutting each slice of white bread into a coffin shape using a knife or a square cookie cutter.
  2. Take one slice of the coffin-shaped bread and spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on it. Then, add a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and place two pepperoni slices on top.
  3. Take another slice of bread and place it over the toppings to create a sandwich. Repeat this process to make a total of 3 coffin pizza sandwiches.
  4. Cut a piece of aluminum foil into the shape of a cross.
  5. Place each sandwich on a piece of foil and set the foil cross on top of each sandwich. Now, put them into a toaster oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit and toast them for 1-5 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  6. Once they’re nicely toasted, take out your cross coffin pizza sandwiches from the toaster oven. They’re now ready to be enjoyed as a fun and spooky snack!

Cookie Pumpkin Cheesecake

2 hour 40 minutes

Easy

12 Servings

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lay pumpkin sugar cookies along the bottom of a springform pan. Press them down to create a crust for your cheesecake. Follow the cookie packaging instructions for baking.
  2. Bake the cookies according to the instructions on the packaging. Allow them to cool while you proceed with the next steps.
  3. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and free of any clumps.
  4. Use a whisk to beat the heavy whipping cream until it forms stiff peaks. This means the cream should hold its shape when you lift the whisk.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until they are fully combined. This will create a light and fluffy pumpkin cheesecake filling.
  6. Pour the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the baked sugar cookies in the springform pan. Smooth the top to make it even. Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Once the cheesecake has set, you can decorate the top with whipped cream and additional baked sugar cookies. Slice and enjoy a delicious slice of fall!

Vampire Donuts

10 minutes

Easy

8 Servings

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take plastic vampire teeth and press them into the center of each donut.
  2. Using a piping bag filled with black frosting, make two dots of frosting where the eyes will go. Place candied eyes on top of the black frosting; the black frosting acts as glue to make the eyes stick.
  3. Use the black frosting to create a widow’s peak hairline on the donut.
  4. Apply red frosting along the sides of the mouth of the vampire teeth to create a bloody effect.
  5. Repeat these steps for each donut, and your vampire donuts are ready to sink your teeth into these fun treats!
