Decorated Chocolate Bar

Directions:

  1. Melt the three chocolate colors separately and place each in a piping bag. 
  2. Place all three piping bags into a fourth one, then cut a hole at the bottom. 
  3. Cut around the top and bottom of the milk carton, leaving ½” border. Discard the middle of the carton.
  4. Fill the prepared milk carton ends with the colored chocolate. 
  5. Add toppings to the chocolate, and let set at room temperature (or in the fridge, if the weather is too hot)!
  6. Unmold and enjoy!

  1. Place bubble wrap on a flat surface. Pour melted chocolate and spread evenly to coat. 
  2. Top with cereal, then allow to set at room temperature. 
  3. Peel the bubble wrap off and cut into pieces for gifting!

  1. Place little balls of cookie dough on the spoons and pipe dark chocolate to cover. 
  2. Once it sets, dip the cookie dough part of the spoon into white chocolate and let harden. 
  3. Decorate with drizzled ruby chocolate, and enjoy!

Pretzel Chocolate Bark

  1. On a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, place an even layer of the pretzels. 
  2. Place chocolate bars on top so that they cover all the pretzels. Bake at 350ºF for 5 minutes. 
  3. Using a toothpick, make horizontal lines along the melted chocolate to give it a marbled look. 
  4. Decorate the top with M&Ms, gummies, candy strips and popcorn. 
  5. Let set in refrigerator, then remove from the tray, and break into pieces!

Pop-It Chocolate Bar

  1. Fill the Pop-It holes with the M&Ms.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into the Pop-It, up to the rim. If necessary, tap the toy on the table a few times to get the air bubbles out.
  3. Let harden in the refrigerator. In the meantime, melt the white chocolate and candy melts.
  4. Unmold chocolate and dip the edge in white chocolate. Drizzle candy melts over the white chocolate.
  5. Snap apart the chocolate and share with everyone!

Bubbly Chocolate

  1. Melt the chocolate using bain-marie until silky. Cool down slightly by putting the bowl over ice. 
  2. Place chocolate inside siphon and close. Charge the siphon with two cartridges. 
  3. Line an airtight container with waxed paper and siphon in the chocolate. Once it’s all inside and evened out, close container and freeze. 
  4. Unmold your bubbly chocolate!

Ice Tray Chocolate Bar

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate using bain-marie, and pour it over the ice cube tray. 
  2. Place raspberries on top of each cube and push them down so it goes inside the chocolate. Let it set. 
  3. Unmold chocolate by placing tray upside down and tapping it gently. Once unmolded, drizzle white or ruby chocolate on top for decoration. Enjoy!
