- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 c White Wine
- Salt & pepper, to taste

- For the Chocolate Fondue:
- 24 oz. Dark Chocolate
- 6 oz. Blonde Chocolate
- 6 oz. White Chocolate
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- ¼ tsp Salt
