  • For the Cheese Fondue:
  • 12 oz Swiss Emmelier, grated
  • 12 oz Gruyère, grated
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 c White Wine
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • optional, to serve: Bread Chunks, Sliced Apple & Sliced Sausage
  • For the Chocolate Fondue:
  • 24 oz. Dark Chocolate
  • 6 oz. Blonde Chocolate
  • 6 oz. White Chocolate
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • optional, to serve: Strawberries, Blackberries, Grapes, Wafer Cookies & Cheesecake Squares
