Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy (about 5 to 7 minutes). 
  3. Mix in vanilla extract and eggs.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, baking soda and kosher salt.
  5. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
  6. Once incorporated, evenly mix in chocolate chips.
  7. Evenly portion cookie dough into 36 balls. We suggest using an ice cream scooper.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. Take out of the refrigerator and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown

Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line the bottom of an 8 inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, light brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and kosher salt. 
  4. Add in water, vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes or until done.
  7. Cool properly before frosting.
