Air Fryer S’mores Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place your crushed graham crackers at the bottom of a silicone mold to create a crunchy base for your dip.
  2. Lay the milk chocolate bars on top of the crumbs, fully covering the base. 
  3. Top the chocolate bars with a layer of marshmallows.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 360ºF for 5-10 minutes, until marshmallows are golden brown and chocolate has melted.
  5. Once cooked, remove and allow to cool slightly. Serve with cookies to dip and create s’mores!

Giant S’more

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and milk. Pour the mixture into a lined square pan, and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Place a marshmallow in the microwave, and heat for 15-30 seconds, just until it has doubled in size. Repeat with the second marshmallow, then set aside.
  4. Cut the baked graham cracker cake into quarters, and use one square as the base of a s’more. 
  5. Place one marshmallow on your base and add your chocolate bar over the marshmallow.
  6. Finish your giant s’more by placing another portion of cake as a s’more topper. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!

S’moreos

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. 
  2. Separate your Oreo cookies into halves. Use the halves with cream on them as bases for your s’moreos. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a chocolate square over each Oreo base. Then, add 2-3 mini marshmallows to each.
  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes, until chocolate has melted and marshmallows are golden brown. 
  5. Remove from the oven and replace the tops on each cookie. Let cool, then enjoy your s’moreos!

  1. Preheat oven to 360ºF.
  2. Arrange the 6 graham cracker halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Top each with a square of milk chocolate.
  4. Add a large marshmallow to each s’more.
  5. Use the cookie dough to cover each of them completely.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool slightly, and enjoy your s’more cookies!

  1. Squish one bite-sized piece of chocolate into each marshmallow.
  2. Roast your marshmallows individually over a flame until they are golden brown.

  1. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, sliced banana, and pecan nuts to your ice cream cone. Top with more marshmallows.
  2. Cover the cone with aluminum foil and roast over the fire for a minute. Wait for it to cool.
  3. Remove the aluminum foil and use a spoon to enjoy your s’mores cone!

S’mores Ice Cream Cake

One 9" Cake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a cake pan. Press down to make the base. 
  2. Make chocolate ganache by whisking together the heated heavy cream and chocolate chips. Once fully combined, add ½ of the mixture to the cookie base. 
  3. Arrange the graham cracker halves to form a wall around the cake pan. 
  4. Add the whole pint of ice cream in scoops and spread out to form an even layer. 
  5. Pour the rest of the ganache on top, and freeze for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove from freezer and add mini marshmallows. Torch and unmold the cake!
