Ingredients

  • 600 grams water
  • 20 grams kuzu starch
  • 20 grams Potato starch

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly mix water and starches together in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook until the mix is clear.
  2. Evenly divide the mix into a muffin tin - filling ¾ of a way up.
  3. Bake in a 325F oven for about 1 ½ hours or until done.
  4. Carefully take the bread out of the tins and enjoy.
