Breakfast of Champions

  1. Cover the cupcakes with white buttercream.
  2. Using a small round cutter, trim the peaches into circular shapes.
  3. Place the peaches on the surface of each cupcake.
  4. To make the bacon, roll out the red fondant and place strips of white fondant on top, then roll flat again. Cut into strips.
  5. Cut a pair of disposable chopsticks in half and place them side by side. Lay the fondant strips over them to shape. Let harden slightly.
  6. Serve cupcakes alongside the “bacon,” and sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top of the “egg.” Enjoy!

Mini Burger

  1. Cut 6 circles from the brownie, about the same diameter as the cupcakes.
  2. Slice the cupcakes in half horizontally. 
  3. Dye the shredded coconut with green food coloring.
  4. To build the “burgers,” pipe strands of orange buttercream on the bottom halves of each cupcake. Top with sliced strawberries and the brownie circles. Add a layer of red buttercream and a small amount of green coconut to each, then finish with the top half of the cupcakes.
  5. Glaze the tops with corn syrup and decorate with a sprinkling of sesame seeds. Enjoy!

  1. Preheat the oven to 300ºF. Prepare the red velvet cake mix and vanilla cake mix according to the boxes. Pour the red velvet batter into a cake pan, then add the vanilla cake batter on top, swirling to marble. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Cut the cake into steak shapes and cover with red buttercream.
  3. Roll out the brown fondant and cover the cake. Use an electric wood burning tool to mark the fondant with a grid pattern.
  4. Add white buttercream to create the “fat” of the steak.
  5. Shape a cube of yellow fondant to simulate butter.
  6. Serve with a sprinkling of coarse sugar on top.

  1. Place a donut hole on top of the cupcake and cover with buttercream. 
  2. Add the cornflake crumb to cover buttercream completely.
  3. Put two pretzel sticks side by side, place a mini marshmallow at the top of each, and cover with white candy melts, and let dry. 
  4. Place the “bone” in the center of the cupcake, and your chicken is ready!

Baked Potato Cake

  1. Cover each cupcake with buttercream.
  2. Roll out the fondant into a circle and make a vertical slit in the center.
  3. Cover each Twinkie with the fondant.
  4. Fill the opening of the fondant with grated white chocolate, then chop the gummy bears and use them to decorate.
  5. Wrap the base of each cupcake with aluminum foil, then serve and share!

Milkshake Cupcake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pipe a thick swirl of buttercream on top of each cupcake.
  2. Using a spoon, drizzle chocolate syrup over the buttercream.
  3. Place a cherry on top.
  4. Decorate with sprinkles and a straw. Enjoy!

Blueberry Pie Cupcake

  1. Cover the surface of each cupcake with blue frosting.
  2. Add a layer of blue M&M’s.
  3. Use the brown buttercream to pipe the “lattice crust” and add a border around it. Serve and share!
