Smooching Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts, melted
  • 1/4 cup black royal icing
  • 3 red chocolate heart candies
  • 1 Box Golden Oreos
  • 1 Pack Strawberry Wafers
  • 1/2 cup Red Buttercream

Directions:

  1. Dip the strawberries in melted pink candy melts, and stick together in pairs.
  2. Place a chocolate heart in the middle of each pair, and use the black icing to draw eyes and arms.
  3. Pulse the Oreo cookies and strawberry wafers in a food processor.
  4. In a small bowl, add crushed cookies to fill halfway, cover with a layer of red buttercream, and top with more cookies.
  5. Add the strawberries to finish, and enjoy!

Stamped Heart Roll

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup, plus ½ cup All-Purpose Flour, divided
  • 6 eggs, plus 2 egg whites, divided
  • ¼ cup Butter, softened
  • Red and pink food coloring
  • ¾ cup + 2 ½ Tbsp Sugar
  • 5 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Ganache

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour, the 2 egg whites, and butter. Divide into three bowls and add different shades of red food coloring to each. Transfer to pastry bags.
  2. Print your desired design onto a sheet of paper. Place the paper on a lipped baking tray, and cover with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Using the batter from the previous step, trace the design in different colors, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 300ºF. In a bowl, beat the remaining eggs, all of the sugar, and a few drops of pink food coloring for 8 minutes.
  4. Sift remaining 1 ½ cup flour and cornstarch. Add it to the egg mixture, and fold gently with a spatula to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture over your chilled design, and bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Unmold the cake while still slightly warm. Cover with white chocolate ganache.
  7. Use the mat or paper to carefully roll the cake, and decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.

Beet Heart Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Pizza Dough mix
  • 1/2 cup Beet Juice
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • Handful fresh basil

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 300ºF. In a bowl, mix the pizza dough with beet juice. Knead, and shape into a heart. Roll the outer edge up slightly to create a crust.
  2. Spread pizza sauce to cover the dough, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, until the dough is cooked through.
  4. Top with cherry tomatoes and basil, and enjoy!

X's & O's Crispy Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 up Marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 3 cup Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cup Pink Buttercream
  • Sprinkles
  • Heart-shaped Chocolates

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the marshmallows and butter. Add the Rice Krispies and mix well.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tray and let it cool.
  3. When set, shape the Krispies into two Xs and two Os.
  4. To assemble the cake, take one letter, pipe a layer of buttercream on it, then sandwich the matching letter on top. Finish both with a final layer of buttercream.
  5. Decorate with sprinkles and chocolates, and enjoy!

Wavy Ombré Crepe Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 6 Tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 cup White Buttercream
  • 1/2 cup Red Buttercream
  • Sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Mix together the flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter until a homogeneous mixture forms.
  2. Divide into three bowls and add red, pink, and white food coloring to each.
  3. In a medium pan over medium-low heat, cook crepes of each color.
  4. Trim the crepes into rectangular shapes.
  5. Place the first crepe on the serving dish, and pipe horizontal lines with the white buttercream.
  6. Place another crepe on the buttercream and repeat the process, reversing the lines. Use a rod or the handle of a wooden spoon to press each layer down into waves.
  7. After all layers have been assembled, decorate the surface with red buttercream and sprinkles. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Pink Cookie Dough
  • 1/2 cup Pink Buttercream
  • Cherries
  • Sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 240ºF.
  2. Cut the cookie dough into circles and shape them into “taco shells” using an upside-down muffin tin. Bake the tacos for 10 minutes.
  3. Let cool and fill them with pink buttercream.
  4. Decorate with cherries and sprinkles. Share and enjoy!
