  1. Heat juice, sugar, and agar powder in a pot until thick, bubbly, and clear. Transfer to an oiled dish.
  2. Drop in food coloring and swirl around. Allow to set by cooling completely.
  3. Break candy jelly into small pieces and dehydrate (air dry) for 2-3 days until exterior is crystalized.

  1. Bloom gelatin powder in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat sugar with 1 cup cold brew until dissolved. Microwave gelatin until liquid and add to warm coffee sugar mixture. Stir to combine. Add in remaining 1 cup of cold coffee.
  3. Pour coffee mixture into tray and allow to set completely in the refrigerator.
  4. Cut into cubes and serve in a glass with milk and coffee!

Grape Jelly Cake

  1. Peel grapes and save peels. Place peeled grapes into 6” cake pan.
  2. Bloom gelatin powder in ½ cup water.
  3. In a pot combine together water, sugar, lemon juice, and grape peels. Heat until sugar is dissolved and until grape peels have naturally dyed the liquid magenta. Strain out peels.
  4. Add bloomed gelatin to the liquid mixture. 
  5. Pour grape liquid over grapes into cake pan. Chill and set completely. 
  6. Unmold and serve!

Turtle Jelly Cupcake

  1. Bloom gelatin in water.
  2. Make jello mixture according to the box instructions.
  3. Microwave gelatin to melt and mix into jello liquid. Deposit into silicone cupcake liners, skim off foam, and let set completely in the fridge.
  4. Meanwhile, frost cupcakes with green buttercream. Invert onto parchment paper to achieve a smooth surface. Freeze 15 minutes. Peel off parchment paper.
  5. Create turtle head and legs with green fondant. Dot eyes onto the head with edible market. Stick onto buttercream base.
  6. Unmold jello and place on the flat surface of the green buttercream as the “shell”

Flower Jelly Cake

  1. First make the clear jelly base. Mix gelatin powder with 1 cup water and bloom for 5 minutes. Combine remaining water, sugar, and citric acid in a saucepan and cook until sugar is dissolved. Heat gelatin mix in the microwave until liquid then combine with sugar syrup. Deposit into clear plastic dome molds and allow to set completely in the fridge.
  2. For the color gelatin base first bloom gelatin in cold water. Then heat milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Microwave gelatin until it is liquid, Stir into milk mixture. Divide milk mixture into separate containers and color. 
  3. Inject milk jelly into clear jelly to create flower designs. Chill another 30 minutes in the fridge to set.
  4. Unmold and enjoy!
