  1. Prepare the sauce: Mix Gochujang sauce with soy sauce, Gochugaru, garlic powder, Mirin, and sugar.
  2. In the inner pot of the Bella Rice Cooker, place tteok, fish cake, cabbage, carrots, fish stock, and the sauce mixture. Mix well and press the cooking switch. Place the steamer and add the eggs. Cover and once steam starts to rise, cook for 20 minutes.
  3. Once the eggs are cooked, peel them and cut them in half.
  4. Serve the tteokbokki in a bowl. Garnish with hard-boiled eggs and chopped green onions. You can also make skewers.
