- For the Ramen:
- 4 c Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Black Vinegar
- 1 square Ramen Noodles
- 1 head Bok Choy
- 1 bunch Scallions
- 1 Radish
- ½ c Shitake Mushrooms, fresh and sliced
