Jingle Bell Truffles

Ingredients:

  1. Pour luster dust into glass of nonpareils and mix.
  2. With a heated knife, cut an “X” into the surface of each truffle. Heat a small round piping tip and use tip to melt a small circle on all four ends of the X.
  3. Dip each truffle into glass of nonpareils, rotating with a fork to ensure truffles are evenly coated in gold.

Ornament Cupcake

  1. In a round silicon mold, pipe a large blob of buttercream. Place top of cupcake into frosting, pressing gently. Chill in freezer until buttercream is solid.
  2. Cut parchment paper into ¼” strips. Unmold cupcake from mold and place parchment strips onto surface of buttercream, smoothing to ensure parchment is flush with frosting.
  3. Use a brush to apply edible glitter to exposed buttercream. This can also be done with sprinkles or sanding sugar.
  4. Peel parchment from cupcake to reveal striped design.
  5. Brush mini peanut butter cup with luster dust and gently press onto side of buttercream.
  6. Tip: make it your own by cutting parchment into desired shape or by decorating with additional sprinkles, buttercream, and candies.

Lollipop Christmas Lights

  1. Place hard candy into light shaped silicone molds. Use a heat gun to carefully melt candy. This can also be done in an oven. Once melted, press a lollipop stick into each. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Unmold lollipops. Once hardened, they should lift from molds easily. Paint base of each light with green food coloring.

Pine Cone Truffles

  1. In a bowl, combine condensed milk and cocoa powder until a thick paste forms. Scoop and roll into balls. Chill until firm.
  2. Shingle pieces of cereal around the surface of each ball to resemble a pine cone. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.

Penguin Cake Pops

  1. Separate cupcakes from frosting. Mash cake with clean hands. Slowly add frosting just until dough comes together. Roll dough into 1” balls.
  2. Halve almonds and melt white candy melts. Dip cake pop stick into candy melts, then place cake pop onto stick. Dip cake pop into candy melts and shake off excess. Place an almond half onto either side of cake pop. Repeat for all cake pops. Allow chocolate to harden.
  3. Melt gray candy melts. Partially dip each cake pop into gray, so that back sides and almond wings are covered. Chill until hardened.
  4. Use melted white candy melts to attach star sprinkles to each cake pop to form feet and beaks. Draw eyes on each cake pop with edible marker.

Bag of Toys Marshmallows

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt red candy melts. Impale each marshmallow on a lollipop stick and dip into candy melts. Allow to harden.
  2. Melt white candy melts and place in a piping bag. Pip a border around the top edge of each marshmallow. Dust with sugar. Pipe an upside down “V” from the white border. Place two white sprinkles at the tip of each V to resemble draw strings.
  3. Use melted red candy melts to adhere graham crackers, sprinkles, and candies to the top of the marshmallow to create the effect of toys overflowing from a sack.
