Christmas Wreaths

  1. On a tray with parchment paper, pipe a red bow with red melted chocolate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted white chocolate, matcha powder and coconut oil. Once combined, add the corn flakes.
  3. Place a spoonful of your mixture on another tray with parchment paper and make a hole in the center using a cookie cutter or your hands.
  4. Add the cinnamon red hot candies and sprinkles.
  5. Add the bow, then chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Enjoy! We like it with coffee!

Pie Crust Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 320ºF.
  2. Cut red and green pie dough into strips about ¼” thick.
  3. Laminate your cookie dough strips over each other, alternating colors, creating a pie-topper look.
  4. Cut through your strips with a cookie cutter to create several cookies. Set aside.
  5. Make the bases of your cookies using your white pie dough and a cookie cutter. 
  6. Place cookies on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake at for 13 minutes.
  7. Assemble the cookies! Add strawberry jam to the base and top with the lid. Enjoy! We like them with a chai latte.

  1. Preheat the oven to 320ºF.
  2. Roll out your cookie dough over parchment paper. 
  3. Using a cookie cutter, create the shapes that you need for your mini gingerbread houses.
  4. Bake for 13 minutes.
  5. Put together the pieces of your mini gingerbread house using white candy melts.
  6. Decorate your mini gingerbread house with more of the candy melts. Delicious with an affogato!

Christmas Ornament Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 320ºF. 
  2. Roll out your cookie dough. Using a stencil, trim into Christmas ornament shapes. Add a hole near the top of each to hang!
  3. Bake on a parchment lined tray for 13 minutes.
  4. Decorate your cookies using royal icing. Use a toothpick to create patterns.
  5. Tie a cookie around a glass of milk, then use the string to dunk the cookie. Enjoy!

Snowmen Peppermint Spoons

  1. Place your peppermint starlight mints on a silicone spoon-shaped mold. Melt in the oven at 425ºF for 5 minutes.
  2. Once cool, take out your peppermint spoons and dip the tips in melted dark chocolate.
  3. Decorate the tips of your spoons with 3 mini marshmallows, 2 white chocolate sticks and melted dark chocolate for the eyes and buttons of your snowmen. Enjoy your spoons with hot chocolate!

Directions:

  1. Mash sweet potatoes and mix them in a bowl with milk, granulated sugar, matcha powder and salted butter until smooth.
  2. Place the mixture inside a piping bag with a star-shaped tip.
  3. Squeeze the mixture into a tart shell.
  4. Decorate with sprinkles and powdered sugar. Try it with a matcha latte!
