Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Black Truffle
- 2 ½ lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup heavy cream 4 egg yolks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large bowl, mash the potatoes and mix with butter, cream, and yolks until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe 2”-3” swirls onto the baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the tops have browned. Drizzle each piece with ⅓ tsp Heinz 57 Collection Infused Honey with Black Truffle, and serve warm!
